Unclogging, Water Drops 2 Feet In A Matter Of Minutes Releasing A Torrent Downstream
I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

Wow yes it is. I was thinking it was a Morris Minor but the grill was confusing me as it was not the same lol. I guess this would have been the American equivalent maybe, with such similar styles.
Just when mother nature thinks she can clog things up,my man says not on my watch and I'm here for every second of it! You rock dude keep up the awesome work!

Only 1 minute into the video and I loved his enthusiasm when he saw there was a blockage. He knew straight away that he could do something simple that would make the world a better place. Imagine how great the world would be, if we could all find something we liked doing that gave us joy and would also contribute to making the world better place for everyone.
i started watching and i cant stop, started falling asleep to your peaceful voice and the crunching of the leaves under your shoes and the rushing of the water 😭😂 thank you for this

That was awesome. The water was almost over his high boots when he started. It was down to his ankles when he was done. Great work Post!

Part of me was hoping that the water would go over the top of those boots. Only a small part though.
I absolutely love Post's enthusiasm and work ethic. The use of two cameras to show what he is doing and the effect he's having on the water flow is mesmerising. Great viewing.
I used to watch random videos on KZread. Now, I’m a Post 10 addict. Nature, civil engineering, and community service … some of the most educational and wholesome videos on the entire web. Thank you sir!
Great job! Glad to see that someone is finally Draining The Swamp! ; D
Cool rivets. It does look steam engine boiler-esque.

Satisfying as ever, post 10. Thanks for literally paying in blood to get that video! Also appreciate all the moose footage, they really are HUGE! And what gorgeous woods... Stay well.
It will never cease to amaze me how you keep finding new culvert locations Post!
Word on the street is you’re working in conjunction with the beavers and splitting the KZread royalties……
That time lapse was awesome, gave me a chance to see the water level dropping…im usually too focused on watching you removing the blockage 😝 Always so satisfying

Beautiful scenery as always, the moose at the end is a nice bonus. What a country! Have a wonderful Independence Day!
Culvert clearing, civil engineering lessons, nature walks, travelogs, videos of scenic New England.........to quote a famous movie character, a Post 10 video is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get.

I really appreciate the timelaps at the end of the video. It gave me a really good sense of just how much the water had receded.
About 15 minutes in, I'm surprised to see that area logged so bare. Places I've seen logging done in the past, they always leave random trees standing specifically to help keep some amount of canopy and to keep some seeding happening so it can grow back faster.
@Delcattiy

A good portion of logging companies don't care about the forest re-seeding itself, nor do they replant. It's very sad to say it but it's true
Happy 4th of July to all American friends. Great video again @post10
I can't help but laugh at how awesome it is that you are just a guy with a rake who is abnormally enthusiastic about clearing clogged drains/culverts. It is truly wonderful.
Love the content Post. thanks for your time making awesome videos.
Bearing in mind that the culvert pipe is of riveted construction, it would imply that it is very old and as you alluded to, it may have been repurposed. Thank you for bringing us this very interesting and informative video presentation.
Somehow Post 10’s video wound up in my feed a while back and I thought who is going to watch a video of a guy clearing the drain on a flooded street. Fast forward dozens of videos and complete playlists later, and here I am waiting for the new video to drop. To answer your question, the car looks like about a 1948-49 Plymouth Coupe.
You can tell how far the water is dropping just by looking at his boots!😁
Been watching you (maybe not on KZread but elsewhere think I first saw you on FB) for years, only now am I realising you start each culvert clear with a shout so that you can time both cameras up 😂 I thought it was because you just loved it haha

I always thought he was alerting any critters that may be in the pipes of his approach... shows how much I know about recording videos and editing lol
I love the “Woo” you do to let Ghost know to start the 2nd camera rolling. Reminds me of my son and I. I’ll yell out “Ehhh-ohh” (think of Queen) and he’ll yell it back to let me know where he is 😊
"Oh yes! There is a blockage on the other side" Can't have that!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Love it.
Yes post 10 I love your videos big respect from England uk 🇬🇧 so satisfying seeing all the water 💧 going through fast when you unblock it 😀 👍 🙌 👏 😄

I knew you were due for a video any day now. I was just remarking to myself a few hours ago how it had been several days .... Thanks for your hard work and great videos!
Amazes me just how persistent, technical and thorough beavers are.... In your opinion how long do you think it took them to build that dam?
@carltheshivan
2 жыл бұрын
I think it would only take them hours to build a small dam like that.
@post.10
2 жыл бұрын
Replacement dams usually go up in a few hours originally they probably built this up over a period of a few weeks. They could definitely rebuild this whole thing overnight if the water and material was there
Happy rock! Thanks for another great video! That log was unexpected! Stay safe!
ive never seen someone so excited by a blockage before. i had a blockage a few days ago and it was terrible. had to get a stick out and broke a sweat. my plumbing will never be the same.
That’s culvert started to BLAST! Love how you have extra scenes after the video.
Thank you for yet another satisfying culver unclogging! (complete with infamous battle cry 2:16) The rake getting its workout too! Your videos are very calming.
I just watched s few of your videos, then i checked the channel, and saw this brand new. Subscribed. Pretty satisfying work you do. Fun to watch.
1:08 the EXACT moment u saw it 👏👏
I love how you find joy and appreciation in the little things: whether it’s the culvert, the scenery, or the uprooted tree. You are teaching us how to find the silver lining and find joy in the little things like a swamp and a culvert. Thank you and please keep it up!
Another good video. Liked how the water level went down on the side being cleared..and went up on the discharge side.

The discharge side is Post Elevens' job to clear.
Post 10 should run for office. He is always draining the swamp 😀
Hey Post!! How are you? I loved seeing you unclog this culvert. Man those beavers really did a good job at clogging that culvert, those were some big sticks. Gotta give it to them they knew what they were doing. You did a awesome job though. I love watching the time lapse video of the water going down. 👍👍❤️
Feels like Christmas in July, love watching a new culvert unblocking.
There are so many times when this video could have ended and I would have been happy as a viewer. But it kept going, and I kept watching. This is very satisfying for some reason.
The big high boots!! 😱😍 *grabs rake* 😌 I’m ready…
Love the culvert videos, so interesting seeing we don’t have beavers in Australia 🇦🇺❤️
Very satisfying as usual. Thank you Mister Ten. Any chance we ever get an update on that walking trail where you dug that little trench?
why do i find these videos so calming, and satisfying on a visceral and primal level?
I have no interest in culverts or unclogging them but I find your videos to be very entertaining. Thanks for unclogging culverts and posting the videos.
Watching the water get close to the tops of those water boots gives me anxiety LOL. Good vid.

This isn't as direct as what you do, but I noticed a drainage ditch that was dug incorrectly on my walk to class that creates a huge puddle in the sidewalk and road when it rains. I reported it to the school grounds maintenance division, and within a week they had dug it out properly. Now, even though I didn't do the work myself, I feel a lot of pride and ownership over that new ditch every time I walk by. The feeling was familiar, and I realized it was because that's your whole deal. It rocks. Love your content.
Great to see you still getting it done.
Silly o’clock in the morning in the U.K. stumbled across your channel very satisfying to watch great job fantastic scenery too
The sped up version at the end was amazing, thanks for that.
The enjoyment and level of satisfaction these videos give me is ridiculous 😂

Super fun video from the draining to the wildlife. 🤗
Love being a Post patreon!! 😁
It's very rewarding to see someone work hard, love what they do, and be so passionate about helping to make a difficult situation much better. 🌞👍.
I used to watch you videos a while back until I had seen them all, you started popping up on my suggestions again, I love that you set up a camera on the discharge side now. Keep raking.
At 14:45.....incredible beaver's work !
I haven't watched one of your videos in a long time. The split screen is a nice improvement! Thanks for the video.
I didn't see the water soaked log come through I can't believe you sent it through
fantastic video post , the split screen front and back was brilliant .
Some people drink for therapy I watch the culvert King 🤴 for mine. I love this guy.
Huh. Moose trot more like camels (feet falling in opposite-corner pairs) than like horses. The things one can learn on this channel!

Fantastic video again Post, just makes my day to watch this, loved the Moose, you would think when it stared at you it was saying, oh is only Post, he won’t hurt me as he just loves nature. Kind regards from Scotland, you make an old man very happy watching your videos. Johnny
Thanks so much for all you do! Another awesome video
The world need heroes. No supermans, no spidermans, but a man's like you. I watch your films, and they make me belive in humanity.
In a busy would where so many others are complacent in their everyday lives. Sadly most will never notice the little things that are huge and affect all. Thank you my friend, feel whole in your life and do what makes you--you....
Great job, as always!! Thank you!!
What a start to the week.Brilliant
Just one man and his rake doing so much good. Be blessed.
Just rewatching and it's still just as awesome!
Another amazing job. Thanks for all you do.

Terrific job as always !👍🏻👍🏻 Watching the moose trot into the lavender sunset 🌆 fabulous !! Stay safe and please wear your orange gloves. As I've written before, I cringe when I see you reach bare handed into a culvert. 😊
The time lapse at the end for both sides was great👍🏻
