You also can fail after the second jetski part if you go back to the jetski after they get out. Elena will go forward instead of following you and she will be shot.

Reminds me Brutal playthrough. Btw., finally got it today, without any bug, glitches and all that dirty stuff. 1152 deaths, but in 3 or 4 full games. Probably speed run and Crushing takes 30% of them. That was a challenge!

Something creepy happened to me when i played Uncharted. The mission where you have to climb around in the church, i fell off one of the walls and obviously Drake died. But when he died and the screen turned black and white, it looked like Drake was waving at me before i respawned.
