I don't think people realize how long editing a one minute video can take. So imagine. Creating the content. Which can take hours to days. Shooting the content. Then, the editing process. The Unbrush isn’t new.. I’ve been using a brush that looks just like it for at least 2 1/2 yrs that I bought at a beauty supply store.. I was waiting for Brittany’s review bc I do want to purchase one of them just to compare it to the one I already have.. & I’m gonna go with the 1st one… But if you don’t want to spend the $20 go with the dupe!

I actually purchased my un brush from Walmart online since I went to the website and it was sold out at the time. I got my brush for under $10 including shipping 🤔🤫 I have the first version and I absolutely love it. 😊

I got a whiff of this brush on the Gram but it was caucasian man trying it. Then I saw one mixed race mother and daughter with beautiful hair try it. This is the point I keep coming back for, too. It’s wrong that these companies want to expect free advertising and reviews after they 100% prompted an inorganic reaction, but spreading the message about it and giving them any publicity at all is a choice. Granted this is fully in her wheelhouse of content but it does seem a bit hypocritical to fuel this type of viral conversation even to speak against it, at least in this format. Potentially giving other up and coming brands these ideas. Girl deserves her hustle though, getting paid a little to shit on them for being shitty to her. I bought that brush because of you. Even though I had been seeing it on tiktok for a while b4 you reviewed it, it was your video that made me finally purchase it because I valued your opinion and trust your reviews and I fell in love with it. I bought a couple hair products bcuz of your reviews and they are my favorite products ever. And they definitely lied when they said they weren't gone work with influencers cuz what kind of company says "we don't want to create a lot of buzz surrounding the launch of our new product🙄🙄🙄". That just makes me wish someone of color created that brush first.

I would recommend doing some reviews for pay.

Curly coily 4C girl here: I bought the original Unbrush. I did receive an email and saw ads about the new Unbrush Plus, but to be honest, I had no interest in buying it. First, the original one worked so well with my curly hair that I didn't feel like I needed the 'upgrade'. Plus, I spent about $20 on a BRUSH. That ain't cheap and I don't have a lot of money. I'm glad I didn't buy it, I have hair like yours, so I probably wouldn't have been happy with it either. Thanks sis. I hope the situation is resolved.
