Music makes it seem like this pasta maker is going to war knowing that it probably won’t come back. Good video though.

Watching pasta being made is my happy place. Just got mine and was wondering what you use for your dough? Lots of conflicting information online. Awesome video, cheers:)

For thin pasta you need a strong machine and strong components. I also use modern plastic alternatives. They can't beat this machine in quality.

Great video with good, close up camera work. However, it does seem like the motor is working overtime. Does the motor overheat and need to be rested to cool down, at intervals?

I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE!! It is certainly easier than making it all by hand. There is a lot of time and labor involved for a large family. 😢

Any tips for the fusilli using the press? Mine does not twist at all! I use 100 grams of flour per egg.

I have a Phillip's Pasta maker...extruder...some of the noodles/pasta come out kinda heavy & thick...wonder if these are lighter & thinner? Pasta should always be light in my opinion.

I have the Phillip's as well and I really do not like it. It is such a hassle to clean it afterwards and they say you can make alternative pasta like chickpea and lentil but it does not work at all. And a lot of the dough stays in the machine you have to push it to the opening by hand but still a lot goes to waste. It does not knead the pasta good either I alsways have to do that in the food processor so that means even more equipment to clean. I wonder did you buy the kitchen aid by now and if so how do you like it? Thanks and kind regards from Germany!

Same with this one. The pasta comes out too thick, hard to cook. I have had this attachment for 5 years now, not worthy. I prefer making pasta by hand.

Food grinder accessory is just that, to grind food. Pasta attachments are a different accessory. A quick Google search will yield a more detailed answer.

I’ve been thinking about one of these. What is stopping me is the negative reviews on Amazon. Too many people discovered that this cracked/broke with in a month or two. :-(
