Yes I know have issues and big issues with the android phones

I have a challenge for you..... (Don't bother using the manual - it is not in there!) Tell me where to find that nice lady's on/off switch. Took me all of 2 days to "turn her on"..(for some reason the "voice" on my 520 switched off and I drove 1300Kms without her guidance.....

In the menu the volume at the bottom if its not working there in settings choose voice and try selected a different one

Tried that - no go...... You have to enter a route. Then click the 3 dots to bring up the volume slider; the button on the right of that slider switches the voice on or off. I have no idea how mine switched off but took me 2 days of fiddling; changing the voice; increasing/decreasing the volume (with voice control); voice in settings..... Gave TomTom 20% negative points for hiding this simple control.
