Wow I can’t believe how much detail they gave you. Even down to waist size and muscles and symmetry and more. That is truly impressive. Technology has come such a long way- those old school body fat calculators were total trash I didn’t trust them at all

I want to see just how much I can change in a month and this will give me the data to do it, just a normal scale honestly doesn’t tell you much of anything. Just the pull of gravity on your mass- nothing about what that mass consists of. Smart scale is the right name for it
