Yohei Fukuda is one of the most esteemed bespoke shoemakers in the world afaik You'd very easily find cheaper bespoke shoes made in London.

Those shoes deserves a much much better knot than that. The way you tie your shoes make the bow go vertical instead of horisontal. A quick and important fix to make your shoes reach their maximum potential ;)

Yes, the Berluti knot will always rest or lie from side to side.

The easiest solution is to invert the first part of the knot. If you go left over right normally, then go right over left instead and tie the loops as you normally do.
