I’m a beginner, too! Want to purchase a pottery wheel.. so i could practice at home.. couldn’t find any used.. found this Shimpo VL Lite is cheaper than Shimpo VL Whisper, looking for a review and found your KZread.. but also cost cdn $1540 after tax.. I guess you might get from USA?! So what do you think after you used it a few months? Would you still recommend? Is it noisy? Do you also purchase a kiln to fire your work or …

I highly recommend it! Its perfect for me and not too noisy. I have a small kiln but primarily go to a studio to drop off my pieces for firing.
