In this short video, I unbox the Orient Kamasu diver in 42 mm. Thanks to Harum from Watch Made for lending his watch to test it out. The watch reference number is Orient RA-AA0814R19B. The has an upgraded bracelet from strap-code, which I will compare with the original bracelet in the review video.

I dont know if your caliper is not ok but Kamasu is 41.8mm case with 46.5 lug to lug. Not 43 by 48. With that strapcode bracelet kamasu is the best diver from big brand for the money.

That might the issue, need to recalibrate my Caliper 😁 Yeah definitely worth the money, makes the watch so much more robust.
Never cared for there logo but it's growing on me .

both are great options, the red would be more eye catchy than the green in my opinion.

I think there has to be a mod for the caseback, but I think movement is nothing to be hold.
Next review you might want to actually turn the calipers ON! If you're going to just read off measurements or go by memory don't bother to pull out the non operational calipers.

Also the caliper has a measurement line on it, but it seems not so clear on your screen.

Oh thanks for the info, I was told by the owner of the watch, and also the reference number shows that it is Mako Kamasu III.

Lul, not kamasu but Mako 1🤣🤣 THIS IS new Kamasu. Im wondering why people comment when they know sh1t about watches better ask someone or be quiet to not embarrassed yourself.

The Kamasu is one of the top watches to consider if you want a reasonably priced automatic diver. The original bracelet is comparable to Seiko, so nothing special... but there are many options out there. The crystal is sapphire 👨🏻🏫
