Thanks for watching! The Gilmore has flown 3 times. I wanted to wait to get a better tripod head so my wife can film it with my nice camera vs. an iPhone like we just did with Perestroika. This month for sure!

Very nice plane. I might end up buying one of these. Are you happy with your Zero?

So far I am. I have not flown it yet, though. All reports I've heard is that it's a great flier.

Are part of the retracts plastic ?

So it's a color scheme of an a6m2 but cowl and exhaust for a a6m5 ?

Absolutely fair! My goal is to make sure folks get a good closeup view before buying to know exactly what they're going to get!

Not a fan of the printed covering at all. Funny as hell that my Spitfire has the same pilot as the Zero though.

If you notice since horizon bought tower the Phoenix plane listings have very little detail and information some don’t even have photos and it’s not because they don’t have it. I remember when this plane came out, there was tons of pics, information, and even video like all the Phoenix listings on tower had. BUT if you click on a hanger9 plane theirs tons of info, pics and video. I hate tower sold out to horizon, I’ve never cared for horizon, even their website is garbage and now they’ve ruined tower. Hope they aren’t trying to drop Phoenix. If so I hope a good company can pick them up and run with it. Phoenix has been great to this hobby for a long time with a great product at unbeatable prices, which have hiked since the horizon take over. At least you get retracts included in the price with Phoenix.

I strongly dislike Horizon. The lack of info on Tower Hobbies is pathetic. Hobbico declared bankruptcy. Horizon bought them out, this included Tower Hobbies. Horizon said Tower Hobbies wouldn't change, but boy has it. If it's not foam and doesn't have AS3X Horizon doesn't really want to sell it and didn't really want you flying it. They suck and I simply detest having to do business with them.
