I got the base model so 16gb RAM. The only thing I upgraded is the SSD to 2TB! As an editor storage was defo top priority for me. 🫰🏼☺️

Good I am also thinking about a MacBook Pro and stickers on it while making it look good what will you be using this for do you edit 4K pro res video or you are an audio engineer because this laptop has so much power

Do u still have your Mac 16??

It's not just an M2 chip, it is either M2 Pro or M2 Max chip. M2 is a base chip and its in Macbook Air 13' and Macbook Pro 13'.

To be honest the upgrade to 2TB was a very bad decision. I mean for the upgrade to 2TB you could buy with the same money an upgrade to 32GB ram AND 1TB, this would be a lot smarter, you could buy external storage for maybe 50€? Would be a much better decision

Thank you for your comment. Appreciate it! Tbh I can’t stand external hard drives. I always prefer having extra storage in the laptop itself. I plan on building my own PC in the near future with much better specs as I work from home. This laptop will be great while travelling around. 🫰🏼😌

Previously I had the 16” MacBook Pro and found that quite heavy to carry it around. With this new 14”, I think it’s the perfect size for me. 🫰🏼😌

Cases will wear out the hinge on the lid to your laptop because of the added weight. This is why you don't see any of the tech KZreadrs using them.

Dont add a case for your mac it causes overheating and deteriorates the lifespan lol

These don’t overheat that much I have the m1 14 inch and it gets fairly hot but the cooling system is enough to cool the M1 Max

new macs have a powerful m chip so it don’t have a fan or it doesn’t overheat. i have a mac with a case and it never heats. in fact it protects it even more

@@maddyleshh222 the pros have a fan, the airs do not. they can still overheat, but that likely isn't an issue if you're doing very low-effort activities like watching movies or using it to browse the internet. Nevertheless, make sure the case doesn't obstruct the vents as it can cause overheating.
