Thanks for the review man! I know this may sound dumb but it anoys me as hell that the staff is but the tip part. In Raiders there is an important scene in which we as an audience learn that the length of the staff is of utter importance so having this base and everything with just a bit of the staff. Seems like we would have been better off with an actual metallic replica and call it a day.

You’re welcome and thanks for watching! I completely understand what you mean. I think they took the storage space and size of the display into consideration though. I for one, would love a life size staff and head piece. Maybe since Regal Robot has the license now, we might see something like that. The Disney headpiece is fantastic. Stood in a shop with this in my hand ready to buy and yours was the first video I clicked just for a sneak peak before I bought it. As soon as I found out the headpiece was plastic, back on the shelf it went 😅

I knew a lot of people wouldn’t like the plastic aspect of it. In defense, it doesn’t look as plastic-y displayed on the shelf.

Well of Souls is my fave Indy scene & I ordered this when it went up but then cancelled it as knew it would go on sale Glad I did now. Would have happily have paid much more for a more premium product such as resin. Light up features suck!

have you figured out a way to keep the light on longer? mine turns off after 10-15 minutes.

I wonder if I have a defective product, it lights up in orange, no yellow or changing colours unfortunately

Thanks for revealing this. I’m so happy to see Indy merchandise. But I’m glad I didn’t preorder this one. It looks like a real disappointment. They would have been better focusing on making a nicer headpiece replica IMO and forgetting the base etc.
