Thank you! I’m really digging CU. They have moved right behind Carmina for my favorite shoes in terms of quality/value ratio...but number one for customer service!

The Noah is a really beautiful shoe. One piece of advice: I have found that the Noah seems to be more generous across the saddle than the same size in the CU Louvre last wholecut.

Thanks for the advice. It seems to fit pretty well similarly to the Francis double monk that I also have on the louvre last •. We will see.

Terrible experience with Cobbler Union. I bought a pair of oxfords and they were about a half size too small. Wore them in my living room for about five minutes, put them back in the box and sent them back for an exchange. The couple minutes I wore them in the house put some light creases in the vamp; I got an email back that this constituted them being “damaged” and ineligible for an exchange. A couple takeaways: first, simply trying on the shoes will crease the leather and make them ineligible for an exchange or return. Second, you’re taking a big risk buying from this company without tryin on the shoes in store.

I have returned several pairs of shoes to cobbler union with no issues. They have the excellent customer service. That’s been my experience.

Your face and body build really seem to contrast with your voice. Not a criticism, just I imagined you to look much differently.
