Got mine today! Amazing TV and very well priced for such a beautiful and huge TV. Rich and vibrant colour's and dark blacks, 120hz, HDMI 2.1, its got an amazing specification, and am very happy with it.

Good day. I bought tcl c728 google tv model on 17.11.2022 about 2 months ago. But when using the youtube application, I am experiencing freezing and stuttering problems intensively. I've heard of this problem from a few other people using the same model tcl tvs. I've used Samsung tv for about 3 years before, but I've never encountered such a problem. This situation started to bother us more and more. If you say to delete the application and reinstall it as a solution, I already did it and the result did not change. I'm glad you can resolve this situation.

I heard that TCL TVs are low quality, its that true?

What mount? I just purchased but I'm looking for a mount. All I can find are 90 inch to 95 inch mounts. Does that mean horizontal 90 to 95 inch or the actual TV size that is measured diagonally?

Hi, friend. If you purchased a 98C735 TV, we suggest contacting customer service for help installing the TV. It's a huge TV, and it requires 4 people at least to install it.

I contacted TCL to find the wall mount and they said to call Encompass to get the mount. I called them and they don't even sell mounts. Where can one purchase the mount and what is the model or manufacturer of this mount>

Hi, please help me to know how to disable HDR and or Dolby vision on this TCL 98 inch TV, I tried left and right and could not, even could not access the secret menu since this is Android OS. Please help 🙏🏼

Hi, friend. HDR and Dolby Vision can't be disabled. Both HDR and Dolby Vision are picture quality certifications for TV. If you play the HDR video and the Dolby Vision video on the TV, the TV will display the picture quality in HDR standard and Dolby Vision standard. By the way, could you please tell us why you want to disable HDR and Dolby Vision on the TV?

got C735 55" + ps5. the problem is when i turned on vrr and allm. every time i open or close the game No signal appearing on the screen for about 1-3seconds

Looks like I'm returning mine since TCL customer service has no clue what mount will work with their own TV. I checked all the mounts that Best Buy has for sale and even the ones that are supposed to support this size TV up to a 100" don't fit the 33.5" horizontal distance between the bolts on the back of the TV or the vesa pattern of 400x850. And yes I paid extra for the Geek Squad install and they told me my mounds wouldn't work and showed me why because the brackets were too short. TCL if you read this you guys really need to figure out what mounts are compatible for your TV otherwise you're going to lose a lot of business. I'm in USA. And sadly if I cannot find a full motion mount that fits your TV I will be returning it.

@@TCLSupport I am thinking of buying the 55 C735 and it says that it doesn’t support VESA mounts. What kind of mounts do I need so I’ll be able to move the tv around? PS. GUY A ABOVE IS RIGHT. I’m seriously thinking about buying another brand because of this problem. Thanks

I mean, it took me about 3 minute to find and order a mount that fits.. Just google it, jesus. Mine is a 400x900. And yes, i have this exact tv.

Now I'm doing an exciting quest how to return it to the store, they don't accept saying that the defect is not detected.

I see this is available at Costco in Australia. Will it be available in the US?

Hi, friend. The TCL wall mount bracket is WMB533, and you could check with the local retailer if the TV has a wall mount bracket.

I plan to conceal my wires and cords behind the feature wall. I was told that I am supposed to drill a hole on the feature wall for the wire outlet. Should I drill it below or on top of the bracket?

Look at the wires/cable connectors at the back of the TV.......place the hole in the wall nearest them..... preferably as far away from the bracket, so you don't compromise the integrity of the Wall supporting bracket yet still hide the hole. So definitely below the bracket.

I’m sure the tv isn’t straight it’s sagging to the right a bit
