This video was filmed about a month ago. I’m still taking time off to grieve the loss of my best friend of 17 years, my dog Robbie. I haven’t felt up to being on camera. I didn’t want to leave you without a video this week, so here’s one from the cutting room floor that I didn’t plan to publish. I will read all of the comments, but won’t be replying. Every day it’s getting a little easier, and I hope to start filming again next week. Sorry about your loss. I lost my dog last labor day. I was with a friend, he took me out to lunch and suggested stopping at a rescue just to play with dogs. I said yes and before I knew I was adopting a dog. Yes I put down a dog down and got a new one in 3 hours. I still miss my Bentley but I learned I could grieve and learn to love a new dog at the same time. And I'm grateful to the friend that pushed me into getting a new dog.

I was a mess when my cat died in July 2021. Six days shy of her 20th birthday. I cried every day for 3 weeks straight. If I made videos there would have been a 3 week gap. We'll understand if you miss a post or two. It takes time.

I actually really love an authentic video like this. It reminded me of the subtle joys and nuances of my own doll collecting journey. Sometimes it really is chaos as we expand in new directions, that's what makes it such an adventure! I've really enjoyed your Pleasant Company collection videos. I read about your puppy here on your community tab, my condolences.

I got a TrulyMe #104 doll two weeks ago - my first ever boy doll. I felt the doll looks like Billy Lee from the Double Dragon video games (which I'm currently obsessed with), so I named him Billy. I wanted to make a CYO doll, but they're very expensive and whatnot. I also wanted to customize an American Girl doll to look like classic Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, but I'm not a pro at customizing AG dolls.

I made a boy CYO doll with the classic head mold, darkest skin, curly brown hair , light blue eyes and freckles. I love how he turned out!

I love the idea of making a custom mini me with the cyo generator.

I’d like to see a boy collection. I only have 4 and / are Logan’s. I need to buy both classic mold boys (I like this boys hair but 74’s hair I really don’t like). I desperately want 76, the old Sonali mold doll, but he goes for a lot on the secondary market. I’m not sure that the Joss mold is known the CYO creator.

The bitty twin's that debuted and released in 2003. Originally one had Open mouth and other had closed month. Then later years you could pick the pair of twins you want.

If you do a doll with your eyes I’d try to do the right a blue and the left eye grey so the left eye is brighter plus it looks a little more seamless on the doll

Your eyes look gray so that I would choose gray as your option in the Create Own Generator. I think you are a Joss mold.
