Girl don’t mess with winding your own bobbins. The tension needs to be consistent all the way through the bobbin to get good embroidery. Those ones you wind yourself the tension can fluctuate and be so inconsistent. The best bobbins to use that will be consistent all the way to the end are the Magna-Glide that Angela uses. I use them on all six of my multi needles!

I can feel y’alls excitement I have been teetering back and forth on a Bai and been talking to a rep for 5 months! And as soon as you said you were getting one I was like YES!!! This is what I will be getting very very soon just saying

I get my threads from Metroemb and Threadart. Both have excellent prices and are quality threads. I do longarm quilting as well as embroidery. Thread is one of the larger costs for me. Stabilizers, oil, etc. I get from Allstitch. Bobbins... I get from Allstitch or Threadart. I get the L size paper sided bobbins. I could wind bobbins, but don't for embroidery. My longarm winds a bobbin as I quilt

I also got the machine and I live in the Netherlands. It took 2 months to arrive just because of delays of the vessel. The trucking company that brought my machine never called or emailed me but was just on my doorstep without notice! That is not the fault of BAI but of the rude trucking company. Luckely I was home due to maternity leave, but can you imagine that I had to search for people to bring it in as i was not noticed before and the machine is heavy! Overall I love the machine and the people of BAI are really helpfull if you ask them something.

I am excited too Neita watching you trying your new machine. Congrats.

The clamps are the shoe attachment. 8in1 has the frame that slides into your embroidery arms like all hoops.

That is how me and the tech got my first machine in. On the stand. My 15 needle, took hubby, his brother and a nephew to get that machine inside. We have a shop with double doors, so got the entire machine in the crate inside.

I’ve been using Embrilliance for 5 yrs and love it! I had the basic program Essentials until the last yr. Now I have both Essentials, Enthusiast and Stitch Artist 1. I bought Enthusiast because it has knockdown stitching at the push of a button. I use a ton of Shannon Fabrics cuddle and knockdown stitching is essential for embroidery (Not always, it just depends on your work). Anyway, I hope this helps!

@@Red.E.Hustle Absolutely! Lol My 15 year old and I tried to remove the head from crate- couldn’t do it. He and his dad tried- couldn’t do it- finally they got one more person and was able to successfully get it from the garage up to the first floor only to have to move it recently to my new work space - at another location lol. I put the base together myself but those pieces of steel are heavy. Glad to see you and Neita have it up and running. Looks good💜💜💜

Just scored a 12-needle machine for $4699 shipped to my home with all taxed paid.. This video was a good headsup so i can get a better headstart when it arrives. I was little suprised that that machine is THAT SIZE hahaha... i need to get few friends help to carry it inside :D

I hope your's happy with it. You get what you pay for. I'll take a Brother or Baby Lock multi needle any day of the week. I have a Baby lock 6 needle I've had for 15 years with no problems. Would never buy something that had isses right out of the box. So, thank-you for the video. I appreciate it.

Hi Neita. I’m so happy for your new purchase. I’ve been looking into buying a multi needle. But I live in Panamá and I only find the WAF 8 or 15 needle which is also a Chinese brand (I believe) and also the same price as the BAI. Just a heads up. I found out the hard way that my heat press requires its own breaker in the breaker box. I burnt up a heat press by having it and a microwave on the same plug. I try to spread that info as I can. Congrats on your new worker.

Ya those heat presses can really max out a breaker. We'll have to make sure not to use at the same time. I'm not sure what the embroidery machine runs at, but I was surprised at how low the single needles were. You can easily run 3 on a single circuit.

Look into mighty hoops. See if they could go on your machine. They’re pricey, but such a huge timesaver that it doesn’t take that long to get a return on your investment.

Personally, I think you did great on this video especially you hadn’t had any experience with a multi needle machine. Thank you for sharing It’s not an embroidery brand that I might purchase as it a little iffy especially with warranty and repairs. However, it’s a brand that I will be keeping an eye on for possible future purchases. Hopefully they might have a couple distributors in the US that can handle related issues to warranty and repairs.

For that price you can get two for one. I see the new heat press.

magnetic filtec prewound bobbins is my suggestion.

I keep watching videos and I cannot get the machine to start in the center for a hat. How do I make it start in the center. I am always off. You are the reason I got this machine I love your videos you have helped me so much.THANK YOU. I have three daughters and that is why I got it my own. Long term it will be cheaper to make all their stuff myself. Not good enough to sell anything, I just tell them the mistakes are made with love. ha ha ha I love this machine and I know it is user error but I cannot get the cap designs to line up centered. ( named mine the rock) lol I had my daughters company logo done professional because everyone said that the hatch auto digitizer was the reason I was having trouble. It still isn't right. I move the needle over and it just seems to go where it wants. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Every time I do hats I trace and adjust the machine so needle one is in the center of the hat but the embroidery file needs to be digitized for hats to start in the center of the design. Let me know if that makes sense or helps. What style of hats are you doing?

@@NeitaFajita I finally figured it out. It was the digitizing🤦🏻‍♀️. It wasn’t done for a hat. I found a great digitizer and she corrected everything. Now I just ordered a 65 needle and 60wt thread. So many learning curves. 😂😂Love your videos! Thank you

What are the differences in the thread they sent you? I noticed some were on yellow cones while others were white or green. I am So Very excited for you and what this brings for your family! Hello, I'm watching your video because I'm considering buying this exact machine. I have a question though. Can you please tell me what the measurements of the machine are. I did see measurements of 40.55 x 44.49 x 35.9 on Amazon but what I really need to know is how tall is it from the floor to the top of the machine while it's on the stand. Before committing to purchasing it I want to be sure it will fit in my sewing room. Thank you in advance
