The more Medfords i see, the more I appreciate them. They are absolutely pieces of art that you can depend on in times of mayhem.

Now that's some eye candy! Finally got my first Medford last week, 187dp, purple ano show side, blue ano clip side, flame clip and hardware, satin s90v blade. I'm officially a fan boy now. As beefy as it is, it glides through magazine paper like butter. Don't know when I'll be able to afford my next Medford, but there will definitely be more in the future.

Vulcanized blades I believe are the most characteristic. Just gorgeous options. Great job, I've watched it many times but wanted you to know this time I watched it.

Should of named this. Knives Pat will never have. Medford are such beautiful knives. I've grown to like the thickness of the knives.

The Praetorians WERE my fave Medfords until i did some more looking around. The Full Size Marauder and the TFF1 Fat Daddy are prob my faves... and I own a Proxima, and also LOVE the On Belay! they are all Mint!! What are your faves?

I drool over medfords but I can not afford one yet. I think my first is going to be a slim midi.

I own a full ti micro pretorian and you can spydie flick them ,it is good and sharp and i love it.

I might be getting one this year.

You can also dig with them, they aren’t just pry bars. Don’t recommend trying to cut though

Honestly I’ve never really liked the praetorian. I’ve never owned one but I’ve handled a couple and they are very nice quality, I just think they look ugly as hell lol. Idk why but when I’m paying over 200 bucks for a knife I want it to be visually appealing to my eye and also work well. Fortunately there are probably a million different designs out there so it’s not to hard to find something anyone likes. That marauder midi though is very nice looking and I’ve never seen that finish on one but it looks amazing.

I'VE NEVER OWNED A MEDFORD KNIFE. THEY LOOK GOOD AND STRONG, BUT DO THEY USE THE THUMB STUD BLADE OPENERS AS THE STOP PINS ON ALL OF THEIR KNIVES, AND DOES THAT COMPROMISE ANY OF THE STRENGTH OF THE KNIFE. I'M JUST CURIOUS BECAUSE ANY THING USED FOR DOUBLE DUTY ON ANY TOOL CAN SOME TIMES BE A WEAK POINT AND MIGHT COMPROMISE PERFORMANCE.

No. External stops actually add durability. The stops aren't actually used to open the knife. You use the fuller to open the knife. Either with your thumb, or with your other hand.

I've never been a fan of the vulcan finishes After seeing this I think maybe up till now I've only been seeing the ugly rejects that are left over after the real Medford guys pick through the good ones. These and especially the last one are stunning.
