Unboxing $2.5 Million 1967 Ferrari 330 GTS - Only 100 Made

Welcome today's unboxing review and we have something very special for you. This is a 1967 Ferrari 330 GTS, of which only 100 were made. In fact, one of those was a pre-production model. So in other words, only 99 were sold to the public and this is one of them. And yes, it's absolutely beautiful inside and out.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter V12 with 300 hp and 245 lb-ft of torque. Power goes to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. Welcome to pure analog goodness, Ferrari style. Performance? Zero to 60 mph in the mid-six second range and a top speed of 146 mph.The 330 GTS and its coupe sibling, the 330 GTC, premiered in 1966 as successors to the iconic 250 GT and 275 GTS. After only a few short years on the market, the 330s were replaced by the 365 GTS and 365 GTC. But the 330 GTS was unique because it's considered to be the first Ferrari where you could hear the radio. Point being is that the 330 GTS is more of a grand tourer than a race car. Think of it as an ancestor to today's California T. Weekend getaways and long, scenic drives up the California coast were the intention. And like all classic Ferraris, this one is worth a pretty penny with an estimated value of $2.5 million or so. Sometimes money can buy happiness. Enjoy the review!

"Does it look old? Yes, but not old-fashioned" Love that - and so true. Such a classic, timeless design . The 250 GT "California" rightfully gets so much acclaim, but I've always preferred the 330 GTS's understated beauty

"I'm not a big fan of wire wheels on just about any car; but, here I can't imagine anything else..." - if that doesn't show up the inter-generational drift in style and taste, then I don't know what does. Didn't even seem to know to mention they are Borrani centre hubs with knock-offs; or, the size of the wheels and tyres. Bet he could rattle off every spec regarding the latest Ferrari Roma or even a 456 though. But, without wanting to be too harsh, he did appreciate the car in his own, Gen Z way, which is nice; but, a very different sort of appreciation to that of a baby-boomer would hold for the same car. The cars will live on, but the people that really understood them will pass on. Then, one day, there will be no one left who really understands these cars or the era in which they were built. By then, they'll all be museum pieces kept under glass spoken about by friendly AI-powered tour guides.

Many of the same or similar lines as the Fiat 124 Spider from Pininfarina during the same era. Beautiful car.

For as long as these cars are snapped-up by "Californian Gynaecologists", then stuck in a private garage/museum, they'll command these prices :(
