I think I would unblock any drain of sewage than fat due to the smell. But I still enjoy drainage work even with the smell.

Watching the Master at work is always a good day. nice to see you up and around Jem. the Grease blockage is always nasty.

I'm no drain unblocker but I've just unblocked my customers drain.its had 3months of waste blocked up and was all caused by a piece of mortar spalling from the inside of the grid. It absolutely stunk. The waste had overflowed from the manhole onto the borders so needed digging in. It was over the driveway, garden and she'd dragged it into the house. I said to her call somebody if it gets to this point again. Don't wait! What a pain in the axxs it was. Good vids as it gave me an idea what to do and where to do it!

A well done unclogging this day. Always a great solution. See you on the next. Cheers mate! 😊

@arbiter1...I know that's right. I come from a family of 7 kids...3 boys, 3 girls and another boy. Mom taught all 7 of us how to cook...yes...boys included too! It paid off for us all, as the boys became really good at cooking, just like us girls. All 7 of us were taught NEVER POUR GREASE DOWN THE DRAIN...and to this day, we still abide by that advice!

And that is why I have a diesel fired water heater and jetter on my rig too many people in my area flushing grease down the drain. But of course my rig is 10000 PSI and can run 3 hoses at once.

Why do you all spray afterwards on such high pressure? It makes more mess and more work surely? Can’t you reduce the compressor pressure in some way or add a restrict or for the hose?

Whenever they shove the nozzle into the pipe and start jetting, I squint my eyes and tighten up my facial muscles. My stupid brain thinks that a KZread video is going to spray paint my face with whatever's in that drain. Something is definitely wrong with me.
