UNBELIEVABLY Delicious AIR FRYER Recipes | I CANNOT believe this came from an air fryer!!!

I use my air fryer every.single.day…. And here is why! - Easy, quick, and delicious meals!! 🤤
Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
Filling:
1 TBSP avocado oil
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup yellow onions diced
Seasoning of choice (burger or steakhouse seasoning)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup ketchup
½ cup diced pickles
3 slices American cheese or cheddar cheese
12 egg roll wrappers
½ cup cold water
½ tsp olive oil or avocado oil to brush wrappers
Dipping sauce
½ cup Dukes Mayo
¼ cup Ketchup
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Dipping Sauce:
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Refrigerate until egg rolls are ready.
Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium-high. Add diced onions.
Once translucent, add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink (~10 mins). Drain grease. Stir in seasoning, ketchup, Worcestershire, pickles, then add cheese slices. Mix until cheese melts and the mixture thickens.
Assembly & Cooking:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Wet egg roll wrapper edges for sealing. Place some filling in the center.
Fold a corner over the filling tightly. Fold in left and right corners. Roll tightly. Brush each eggroll lightly with avocado oil.
Cook in air fryer 8-10 mins, flipping halfway.
Serve with the chilled dipping sauce.
Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
Ingredients:
Chicken: 2 lbs boneless skinless breast, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper.
Sauce: ¾ cup mayo, 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce, 3 tsp siracha, 2 tbsp honey.
Wooden skewers (pre-soaked for 10 mins)
Instructions:
Sauce: Mix mayo, Thai chili sauce, siracha, and honey. Divide into two bowls.
Chicken: Cut into 1-inch cubes. Mix with olive oil and seasonings.
Thread 6-7 chicken pieces onto each skewer. Brush with half the sauce.
Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway. Ensure internal temp is 165°F.
Brush cooked skewers with remaining sauce. Cool for 2-3 mins and serve.
Air Fryer Apple Pie Taquitos
Ingredients:
1 can apple pie filling
Soft Flour tortillas
4 TBSP of melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 tbsp cinnamon
(I had on hand cinnamon and sugar seasoning so I used that)
Place tortillas on a flat surface or plate. Spoon on roughly 2-3 table spoons of apple pie filling, roll tightly with ends slightly exposing the apple pie filling. Brush on a generous coating of melted butter and then sprinkle on your cinnamon and sugar mixture to the rolled taquitos. Place in preheated air fryer at 350fold side down and do not over crowd the basket. Cook 4 mins then flip and cook another 4 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool then enjoy!

This was by far the best chicken. The sauce had a bit of sweet but it contrasted really well with the savory. Since the chicken was so good, I had to try the cheeseburger eggrolls and found another winner recipe to keep. Everything was so good!

These all look delicious and I think I will make the bang bang chicken first. I had to replace my range a few weeks ago and bought one with an air fryer feature because my current air fryer was too small.
They all look so good!! I want to try all three!! I think the apple pie taquiitos would be good for the holidays - like individual pies for everyone! I also do not really like breakfast foods and would be more than happy to eat chicken then as well!

You know what, I thought my air fryer would be life changing, that I would be making a million different things in it, and I have. By far the best thing in an air fryer is a hot dog, however. You go to Sam's, get a pack of their beef Frank's, cook them in the air fryer, then tell me they're not.

yes love some good cheese, but did you know that Kraft had a recall on their slice cheese because of plastic pieces in it.

I listed all the instructions below. (Sorry, not sure if that’s what you meant!) otherwise, it’s kinda hard to mess up. You can always cook less time, temp, then add more time if you’re worried. Temp is similar to oven temperatures. But usually any recipe, you can find a similar one online as a guide.

Probably not. I would still do the same temp and time. Just maybe give ‘em’ a shake in the middle!

All you young girls growl and talk at the same time. A modern day "Valley Girl Talk" from the 80's I guess.
When you have to cook on the stove to be able to use the air fryer it just makes no sense.
I’ve had my air fryer for 2 1/2 yrs & never used it! Those recipes might just give me the courage! Yikes!

The cheeseburger egg rolls at Disney are overrated in my opinion. They had minimal flavor and were greasy. I also think the cheeseburger boa buns at animal kingdom are overrated. Again they don't have much flavor.
