Depending on repair costs or if it wrote the vehicle off he'll be charged a lot more, they have a whole department who deal with recovering money for damaged rental vehicles

Not necessarily as what i did with Enterprise was smart , I gave them card details for deposit but my card only had the £1 initial deposit on it lol so when i gave the car back to the crooks and they started going on about small dents to the paintwork and trying to charge me £250 excess , They never got it lol but in this case where someone has deliberately flooded the vehicle it is justified to get the cash from them lol

If it floats, then it's probably too deep.

It warms my heart to know insurance will most likely not pay out. These people are clueless and shouldn't be on the road.

Yeah i had a brand new Corsa rented to me as a courtesy car by my insurer after an accident and i properly abused that thing took it to its top speed , red lined it , drove it over pot holes at high speeds etc , I was surprised it didnt blow up lol
