I agree with you 👍.. the LA prices from Beverly Hills to bel air are just plain ridiculous.. the Florida mansion are more reasonable to me and very tax friendly ( you actually keep a lot of your millions) anyway the full house tour are sweet 👍

What? Real estate prices have nothing to do with the state, but the zip code. This house would go for less than $2M in Oakland, CA. It would go for more than $20M in Palm Beach, Florida.

The builder really put a lot of thought in this home on the lay out, it has everything, it’s fantastic it nice that the builder gives you many choices to make it your own... Jason your comedic, fun, being real and your giving personality adds much love into what you do. Don’t ever change. That alley hallway area I thought of massage tables, it’s quiet and serene. The Prosecco Champagne can range fro $14-$50...My cousin serves that at all her party events, it always a hit.. Love the privacy of the back yard, driveway is massive and the location is perfect! 7 bedroom is just a bit to much for me, lol. , 3-4 bedrooms, 6 baths suits me well.. even keeping the size ...

My only concern is that no large aluminum screen enclosure around the pool and patio area means mobs of mosquitos the size of humming birds arriving at 6:30pm every evening for feeding time. And then any patio lights you have on around that BBQ and pool area will draw every other type of flying insect to your dinner event. Not to mention every kind of four legged critter will also have access all the way up to your back door, swimming pool and patio food serving area.

Love your videos and commentary. You’re quite funny too this house and grounds is amazing. Thanks for showing.

Beautiful house, I like the kitchen, media living room, the dining room, the master bedroom, and master bathroom.

(12:10) Nice house but the theater room should have been lit better. It just looks like someones basement with a string of black led lights on the floor. FYI always keep a couple of battery powered led lights in your car just in case you need a quick set up lights for a room.

I've been waiting for this this particular house tour, I've been following this house and was considering being my lottery house, now i can finally say yes it is.

At this price point of under 3 million, this must be the best out there. It is huge and spacious. It has got everything. I'm loving it.

Appreciate all your work. I know the time it takes to get all those angles and doing it by yourself. Keep working it’s paying off. I’d like to see a video with a camera man as well to see if it’s easier for you.

Another nice vlog, can't believe the value in Florida. 2.77 million seems a bargain for nearly 10,000 sf of house. I'm your new English teacher, and I learned from you on this one. You said boganvilla, and it's actually bougainvillea pronounced as it is spelled with the L's not silent, I always thought they were silent . 😁 When I think a word sounds wrong, I have to look it up, just a quirk of mine as I really love English. I also learned something else while looking this up, that is indeed a bougainvillea. I have seen them in CA, but would have had no clue what that vine/bush/tree was named. P.S. I was correct, sort of, in the silent L's. In the US we pronounce it bougainvea without the L sound. Every site I went to pronounced it with the L's, and I finally went to Miriam Webster, and they had both pronunciations. I usually rely on the Webster dictionary due to it's 190 year existence. Another reason I love English, I'm always surprised at some word or another that I have been mispronouncing all these years, I'm 60 btw. 😎

Needless to say, all working electronics create heat. That server closet at the very minimum will absolutely need a louvered door along with a vented ceiling to supplement excess heat movement.

When I was speccing my home theater electronics I had under an inch of clearance above my amp, so I added a special gadget that has a felt pad which encloses the top of the amp and a couple of cooling fans to suck the heat out the back.

Where did they get those stunning rectangular geometric light fixtures? Like the ones in the dining room & the bar area? I want to buy them for our home we’re currently building!
