there's no place to store clothes in there also a pull out sofa bed might be better than just sitting on the bed all day plus a table and chairs to sit and eat a refrigerator stove tv install sink and fixtures for dishes/ etc and after that room is pretty much cramped with no real space to move, it would have to be expanded because someone would go crazy in that tight little space for long periods of time, its still a nice home however but i would have one built but larger with a upstairs with bedroom balcony overlooking the pool and overall house and a slightly larger pool house which would accommodate all the things i spoke of here with closet space as well THEN "ta-da" lol!!! but its still nice but i would want more room, a game and entertainment room for a pool table, bar, card table and space to dance, and a exercise room for my equipment to work out.

Great memories!!!!! Everyone in the family would visit orlando for disney world. So if you have grand kids...and you can afford it..buy a place in windermere and watch everyone visit from time to time. A lot of the isleworth homes were 2nd homes/vacation homes

That’s because it’s in the middle of Florida, a sinkhole, swamp pit, bug infested, hot, humid crap fest. If you’re not on a coast (preferably the south east) you’re nowhere in Fl.

Hi Michael, I will hopefully have some homes on here from SW FL in the near future. I will organize them on the KZread home page for easy access per region. I did try to get in to video some of the homes in Miramar Beach, but the person I talked to said no, but I'll keep trying. If there is ever one you see that you like let me know, and if staged well and looks good I will call and see if the listing agent or new home community will let me shoot it (Sometimes if we have someone interested, they are more likely to say yes). Hi Marleny, I can help with a few different builders. With this builder I would estimate it would a little over $1.5M to build. Custom builders start around $150 a sqft, and go up from there (may even be a little higher now due to price of lumber). If you need help finding a builder, please let me know. It depends, and varies based on exemptions, but my estimate is around $25K a year.

How many sq. mtr of the lot area

If million dollars then why don’t have shampoo’s wall. I must have a shampoo wall instead can’t reach shampoos on floors. That’s insanely!

Beautiful home but all the pendant lights and kitchen and bathroom door hardware are just awful! Love the wood floors. Pity about the pebblecrete and pool colour……. The outdoor tile in the shower is ‘Bling’ and cheapens the look. Great home tour, you did a really good job.

Hi Alex, thanks for commenting and pointing this out. You can actually see the fridge and freezer at the 3:46 mark, on the right side of the frame. The cabinet that is extra wide is the fridge, and the drawer under that is the freezer. They have them camouflaged like the pantry is :). I should have opened them and shown the fridge. I will get better with time, I promise! Mike.

Garages are to small for my vehicles Need at least 18 foot high roof And width is to narrow . Have to have room to open door all the way

Thats true, at certain times of the year and day, their can be quite a few bugs. I do believe this one has retractable screens that retract into the ceiling, so when it is bug season you can place them in the down position. Or keep them down all the time :). Hi Johnny, thanks for watching and your comment. I wish I had a crystal ball to see the future, but based on my experience I think home prices will continue to rise. Maybe not as fast as the last year, but still a steady rise. What I am expecting is double digit inflation, and that is why I am seeing people place their cash in homes right now, to protect against the possible devaluing of the US dollar. I'm not an economic major, but seeing so much money printed (which I agree with to a point to help during such an emergency), will have ripple effects, and I can't help but look at other countries whose currency became less and less valuable. I have a trillion dollar note in my drawer from a country that just printed more and more money and the valuation went to near worthless. Don't think that it will be that bad here, but I do see $100 now being worth $50 a decade from now. Thus that $300K home today will be worth $600K in ten years time. There is no indication of what happened in 2008 is happening now. In 2008 we had a ton of inventory and low demand. Today we are seeing a huge demand and a lack of supply. I may be wrong, but think I will end up being right. Either way appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment :). Mike.

I own a beach house in Florida sliding glass doors do open and closed however eventually they need wd40 to help it slide easier but they do work here in Florida

$2 mil and you get dead grass.
