My Grandmother had multi pieces and suits. Couldn’t wait to fit inside every one. She is maybe 4.11 on a good day. Well well well guess who is a size 4 bottom and a 16 blazer. I’m also 5’8. Kept a few and finally sold the rest. The women who bought them paid a pretty penny..and was thrilled. Oh and with the cash..put a down payment on a house. I must say this is my favourite video you’ve done so far. The excitement, the girlie, nostalgic energy of going through your mother’s wardrobe really came through and I was smiling ear to ear! The white fantasy tweed white dress with pearl cluster buttons looks so similar to what Sofia Richie wore on her wedding weekend. Classy and fashionable spanning across the years!

Great collection and you and mum are hilarious. It totally reminds me of my mom and me as my mom has been a fashionista since before I was born. I've seen the photos. Back when I was a child and mom was wearing her Jackie O looks, Italian knit suits, pumps, and hat, she would give me fashion tips. Plus, I was also taught on how to pick quality items and how to style various looks. Mom is still a fashionista and will turn ninety-six in a few weeks. For Mothers' Day, this year, I surprised and bought her a wheeled clothing rack, assembled it, and set it up in her room to store some pieces for her to get to quicker than always needing to go into her closets. Well, now the wheeled rack is full and she's still going into her closets. LOL! And her hip-looking and favorite footwear is lined up in front of both the closets and the wheeled rack, like the black and white paisley Van slip ons that I bought her last year with a matching black and white paisley print crossbody bag. She's an Iris Apfel in her own right. Since a small tot, mom started dressing me up as we had a great laugh about it just a few days ago and I still have the photos. It's great when parents and kids really bond in certain interests, no matter what the interest is. One of my sisters bonded with our dad in everything to do with fishing and they would go on fishing trips together. These types of bonds of interest create everlasting memories.
