Unbelievable huge queue! Meat Stew Bowl in Big Hot Pot in Tokyo. japanese street food 築地 きつねや ホルモン丼

Hello! "Japanese Kitchen Tour".
This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chefs' techniques, and Japanese food.
In addition to traditional Japanese cuisine (sushi, ramen, udon, soba, sashimi, street food stalls), we will introduce a variety of gourmet foods such as local Chinese food, big-serve restaurants, Japanese street food, and sweets.
This time we will be introducing the very popular hormone bowl restaurant ``Kitsuneya'' located in Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
This was founded in 1945.
The deliciousness of the horumon bowl and beef bowl, which have been continued for over 70 years, is well-received.
The atmosphere of the preparation scene that starts early in the morning is a must-see!
Please watch till the end!

I think the cauldron is such a huge centerpiece. They have a business that many would envy. Having 20 folks lined up for your dishes at 0630 in the morning speaks volumes. Having 100 in line for breakfast/ lunch is a testament to the quality of their food business. Pretty amazing!

    私が足蹴く通っていた時は老夫婦がお二人で切り盛りされていたから代替わりされたようですね。 あの鍋をかき回していたお爺ちゃんの優しい笑顔と無作法な客を叱るお婆ちゃんが思い出される
