😅And just like that the wait for the next one begins. My opinion is that you should feel free to get couches if that is where the most efficient use of your time and money is. As a channel about getting financial freedom I think the goal is to make your life easier. Starting with nothing is the challenge. I myself just recently started flipping couches and to make the same money selling multiple smaller items involves more time, more deliveries, more meet ups, more pictures to take, more ads to be posted, more people to haggle with, more no shows.

I’ll try and get the next one out a bit sooner lol. Been wanting to stick to couchs it just makes it difficult not having power at the unit but will hopefully have a solution to that here in a couple months or so. There also isn’t any deals lol

@@Jakobs_Journey hey boss, so I am doing the same as you and I work in a storage unit on the 4th floor. Its temp controlled but I cant use any power or water source. I recommend getting the ecoflow power station (use for my extractor/shopcvac) and a water tank (50$) with a drummond transfer pump. This gives me complete power and water source with pressure for my extractor's sprayer. I use the ripclean and attach it to my rigid shop vac. Hope this helps!

Reselling has almost a year but about 8 months since I started documenting and getting serious. Financial Wolf, Mission Side Hustle, Dontae Fernandez, and the show Undercover Billionaire all really inspired and taught me a lot just to name a few
