I love the way he pressures attackers, he never indicates what he’s gonna do and he stays up, arms stretched. He’s fearless since he offers his whole body as a target, face included. Very few goalies do this, they tend to go down, duck their face. I wonder if he’s been a handball goalie, that’s how they typically goaltend. It is precisely a save like this against Germany today that led me to watch his videos, and yes, I find that this is indeed his technique.

Símon is an ok keeper but I think if Luis Enrique want a goalie with good footwork, he should choose Robert Sanchez or Raya instead 👌
