The little Mermaid took place in Atlantis, which would either be in the Bahamas or Italy-- hah! Now you can't ruin my childhood!

I literally just search for this because of that one piece episode I watch where there were three giant shadow with 2 red eyes, and the fact that they put a barrel in there boat to protect their self from the the three giant monster

Its the 1980's in Chicago and there is an orphanage for disabled kids that were abandoned by their parents. Eventually those kids were all adopted except for three kids named William,Nicole and Albert. William had a skinny tail but he was good at soccer and loved grapes. Nicole had long ears but she was great at building machines and other stuff. Albert was a scrawny kid but he was very smart. Like Nicole, William and Albert's ears were deformed and all the kids were age ranged from 12 to 13. Since all the other kids were adopted, the orphanage was closed and since no one adopted William, Nicole and Albert they decided to stay since it would protect them from the rain and other stuff instead of living on the streets. One day William was drawing a picture of a yellow gerbil with a tail just like his. Nicole and Albert saw this and decided to make pictures to. Nicole made a pink bunny wearing overalls with a hear on it and Albert drew a bear with a green tie, glasses and a red shirt with white polka dots. William called his character Wubbzy, Nicole called her picture Widget and Albert called his picture Walden. Soon they made little cartoons with their characters in a perfect world with no mess up and everything did not cost a cent. While sometimes they did make a few bad things happen it was nothing extreme. While they were drawing their comics on a cloudy day they say a girl running from what appeared to be kidnappers. William decide to wispier to the girl "come here". She did and she was now safe. The three friends asked her for her name and she said it was Daisy. Her hair was like her ears as they were weak ears and she loved to plant. She saw their story pictures and asked if she could also do it and they said yes. She made a lime like dog with a pink tutu and with purple hair and called it Daisy like her own name. Now that she was drawing stories with William and his friends it was even more fun. On a certain occasion Albert got the chicken pox and they decided to get medicine for him. They decided to make a story on that. Little did they know that would be their last one. While they had just finished the story a lot of people were outside the building. They wanted to tear it down as it was taking up space for no reason and wanted to put a bar up. William,Nicole,Albert and Daisy went outside and protested this. As they were protesting and William and his friends were counter protesting someone was sick of William and his friends counter-protesting. The man pulled out a gun and shot the 4 kids. William,Nicole,Albert and Daisy had always had health problems so they had almost died right after being shot. People were outraged that they were killed, since that was taken too far and they only wanted to resolve this eventually after seeing the kids state. The man was caught very quickly. His name was Clark and he was sentenced to life-imprisonment with a possibility of execution. The orphanage was turned into a bar eventually since the kids were dead but the pictures were saved and became an inspiration for the Nickelodeon show Wow Wow Wubbzy.

The backstories behind these terrifying sea-dwelling entities is kinda sad. The lost spirits of monks who were neglected at burial, and without the respect they needed, they're not at peace and left to roam the Earth in a hateful, destructive and dejected state. Their negative emotions causing them to return in the form of monstrous sea ghouls straight out of Lovecraft. From what I've seen here and as a follower of Japan, Umibozu are indeed what the Japanese would call an ONRYO. P.S. You're one good artist!

Now everytime I go to near a sea at night at 3 am (I do cuz I have to keep my sanity levels UP somehow) and see large waves I immediatelly run back to my house and scream.

I always loved the umibozu.i always thought it was cute.:D

There is a yokai called Teke Teke she died on a train track as it ran over her, her real name is Shiro. She was gonna get a cake for her fathers birthday. This is when her death occured. She was attending the train when many people pushed her. She fell on the tracks and the train ran over her. Her parents never got over her death her friends,however, made fun of her death. one day the train was late at night. Her friends heard the sound teke teke. They were scared. Then teke teke came and killed them. If you don't spread the story she will come after you within a month.

i heard that omibozus are roaming not just the japanese sea but the whole globe ocean kinda creppy but believe it or not the omibozus are sometimes friendly but gets aggressive if it is threatens it... so better treat him nicely and if ever there is a sudden storm just drop of fish..... it works cuz i saw an omibozu before somewhere in sagay city
