Single drill tip ultrasonic drilling machine was designed to drill a hole on stone, like jade, agate, quartz and all kinds of gemstone, drilling hole size from 0.6-2.5 mm normally.
There is no limit in stone shape, stone size, the drilling process would be manual, you need to hole the stone, moving to drilling tips slowly.
Ultrasonic drilling machine work with 20 KHz 650w ultrasonic generator, based on high frequency vibration, it can drill the stone easily normally within 1-2 minutes.
We suggest the drilling voltage between 60-75V, the current between 1.0-1.5A.
Donot forget to use silicon carbide as a drilling media in water.
