This is a process for gemstone heating and vacuum gemstone glue injection, use glue to fill the gemstone cracks and become hard enough for cutting and shaping.
Widely used for gemstone like rose quartz, white quartz, amethyst, fluorite.
step 1 first heat the stone in a oven (this is used to dry)
step 2:take out stone from oven , put in the container mixture glue and heat, heat 5-10 minutes
step3:use vacuum glue injection machine, put stone in the conatiner, take the air out, then glue will fill the stone cracks, this need 3-5 minutes
step 4:take out stone from the container, mixture stone with some wood powder in case all stone glued together after dry
step 5: sieving those extra wood dust with a vibration sieving machine, put stone back in the oven, heating and have the glue dry, then you can cut or shape
After this process, the stone will be stronger than before
