This is an Ultrasabers Dark Initiate V5 that was sent in as a stunt saber. It's been weathered, modded, and installed with a Proffie for Chris. Chris wanted the theme of the saber to be "Old Republic."

Nice chassis. What's the Inside Diameter on that thing? Would never buy their electronics, but picking up an empty hilt from US might be a fun project.

Agree. When I gutted it, I was surprised that there was a plastic chassis and it didn’t have AA batteries. The ID on this thing was a bit weird. I believe it is 1.1” until the choke point, then drops to under 1”, then opens to 1”. It was a challenge but it was a fun project.
