The fact that the editor showed someone turning a screwdriver for what seems like half the video and barely any time to read the instructions is ridiculous. This video is terrible, even when I turn off the sound...

We have a problem with the keypad always showing low battery U-tec has yet to provide a resolution and many experience the same issue. All 3 batteries show 1.5 volts. on VOM.

What if you have a door with the Pre-existing deadbolt hole already on the door?

Is the front door knob when you install suppose to turn?? Because my does not and I’ve tried everything !

No, you are not required to drill that hole.

Can the beeping be turned off? So I can press the keys but have it be silent?

What about when the handle only turns flipping up not down? Basically it’s wrong way to turn the handles?

U-tec has to get replaced

Get rid of the stupid music and speak instead.
