Hello I’ve just found your channel. I need to make my first wedding cake and it needs to be a tiered choc mud cake with white chocolate ganache between all the layers and the outside will be semi naked. Can I whip this to make it fluffy but also add a little purple and white to make it really white? Thanks 😊

Measurements pls??
All the ganache recipes online are for winters or for really cold weather only. Just a little bit of heat and all this becomes a melted goop😫😫
