Thanks so much! it was the most difficult part of the whole project. Reid and I were jammed in the Revel hallway and both trying to work under the cabinet. It set a new standard for tight spaces. Thanks so much for watching!

You are one of the few that would think about what all is going on behind the scenes. Thanks for that. Shooting in this very tight space with Reid was the biggest challenge of the video.

Excellent video. I think I could do this after watching it. Right now I carry extra drinking water and have a backpacking filter and Steripen for emergencies.

You got it! We also carry our backpacking filter but now it's just for on the trail. It's really great having this system working for us with a flip of the faucet. I wish I could do that in the backcountry. On second thought. Have you seen the Guzzle H2O Stream. Kinda heavy to backpack with but great for a raft trip or in another vehicle.

Super awesome video. I think I'm going to install one in our Revel.

Hi Peter Good video, however a carbon filter only removes the taste of the water and the led lamp kills viruses and bacteria. This type of filter is only suitable for drinking water, if you fill the camper with non-drinking water it will not work, as you will not be protected. Only an osmosis filtration system would be suitable, or an ultrafiltration membrane. Regards

Nice install video! This is the worst area to work on the revel in my opinion, it's incredibly tiring to replace anything and simple things takes forever just because of the lack of space and weird positions your hand needs to be. I'mm still battling with a leak on the macerator and I want to burn my cabinet to the ground every time I need to install/remove for testing.

It is a tight place for sure. That was the most difficult part of making this video. Two grown men packed into the Revel hallway both working inside the cabinet. I feel your pain. Thanks for watching and I hope you solve your leak. I know some Revelers have removed the macerator all together. There is a few posts on the Revel FB group talking about this. I still have mine intact.

what is your plan for pure fuel for your engine?

We have made it to Costa Rica using major fuel brands most of the way down. It hasn't been an issue for us so far. I am about to change my fuel filter a little sooner than I would normally. But just to be preventative.

@@Famagogo What about the higher sulfur content? Have you had any issues with the particle filter or DEF consumption?

No issues so far. DEF required a little more planing. We have found it very sourthern Mexico and in Panama.
