Impossible to keep up. I must be doing something wrong. I mean the instructions are there. I kept the chit chat to a minimum and threw my weight bench a couple inches.

Was this the gym he owned? I heard it was one of the best gyms in terms of kit and atmosphere, but he was very selective of clientele?

It´s supposed to be an inspirational video not an instructional... although you can see some of the form Warrior himself used to perform certain types of excercise. He says it in the video.

Maybe he should've added a 10 minute warmup on the treadmill. That way he might of actually made it to the ring for one match in his life without being completely blown up already. I'd also like to know where in the workout routine does injecting steroids in your ass fit in.

While overwhelmingly most individuals who you see modeling exercises, whether in videos or stills/magazines, are on performance enhancing drugs, you won't normally see their protocols addressed there, even when the PED use is acknowledged as in the case with Warrior. This is because it's a whole separate matter to look after, not something to be handled casually, and needs a lot of attention; it is probably the biggest medical decision of your life and it would be very irresponsible and dangerous to treat it casually in a video like this or similar places. One of the few places in fitness media that specializes in this information on an expert level is TeamEvilGSP. But experts on enhanced training like this will be the first to tell you PEDs are very dangerous and it's best not to do them. I myself have done more research than most but will never use them. Fortunately the advice on exercise and nutrition, rest, etc. is pretty much the same mostly, which is why the PED info can so easily be omitted. Good luck out there!

People in the comments complaining about no instructions with his workouts it’s simple just put in the intensity and if you type in on Google ultimate warriors workout routine it will come up click on where it says baddest mofos James hellwig it comes up with his 5 day routine Monday Legs Tuesday chest and back Thursday legs Friday chest and back and weekend shoulders arms I do that one and add dropsets and other intensity techniques to the routine and he has another 6 day routine when he was on the road at his peak look it up and put in the hard work like what he doing on this video💪 and to everyone mentioning steroids that’s no excuse to train hard it’s all in the mind wether u on steroids or not!

Warrior would tell you that you don't need instructions. You've already got your inner voice inside you telling you what you need to hear. All you need to do is listen to it and push yourself beyond your limits.
