I always play this video when I am about to finish my run on the treadmill. I run along with Rocky and always make sure to end my runs in a sprint along with him. I imagine the children screaming "Go, GO, GOOO!!" as just not for Rocky but for me as well.🏃

Rocky got me in the gym as a teenage boy, almost 30 years later, he's still getting me in there. Adrien telling him "win" in Rocky II, Apollo telling him "there is no tomorrow" in Rocky III, and his unforgetable speech to his son in Rocky Balboa, these will always pull me out of a bind.

This should be inspiration for anyone. No matter what your profession is. Fight for yourself....not through punching or hitting but through actions and words....you should also choose your words carefully though, too. As Rocky put it....."Life will hit you hard but you need to hit harder". Life will sometimes put you on your knees....but you don't have to stay there. Get up and fight back. Life is also about choices and decisions, too. It's okay to be afraid. Just don't let fear consume and control you. I've always loved the Rocky films. Sylvester Stallone is awesome in these!!!! I'm 5 beers in, sat alone in my darkened room and for some reason I'm in tears watching this. It never fails to inspire!
Rocky inspired me at a very young age and completely turned me around mentally. I was in an extremely dark place that nearly killed me. Rocky showed me that against all odds I could get up, stand tall, go the distance and show that I wasn’t some bum from the neighborhood. Rocky gave me the strength to win
I like how in the Creed film Rocky would train Adonis in his old school way from the first 2 Rocky films, but by the time Creed 2 came around he really needed to be broken to understand how strong Drago's son was. Kinda like the workout in Rocky 4 but instead of the cold it was in the hot desert.
RIP CARL WEATHERS
Rocky 2's training montage is my favorite because Rocky was down bad without Adrian's support. I still get goosebumps when she tells him to win for her and "Going the Distance" begins to play
