Honestly I'd just buy a Mojave exb put kraton arms and axles on and for the most part you have a fireteam. I don't like the fireteam body either but mine I built the yeti xl body fits great and much better looking than the fireteam

Great video Kevin! Really like when you show & explain what you're doing when wrenching. Painting bodies, applying decals, and bashing on one video in about 20 minutes 👍🏾 best format /material in my opinion!

Hey Kevin, great video! been re-watching them all over again lately. Wondering if you could review the FTX Zorro (there's two models the brushed and brushless) its a budget trophy truck!

Proline 3536-17 Ram rebel 1500. Is an amazing looking body for those longer RC’s. I have used that body on quite a few different RC’s from Kraton XL ,Mojave, E Revo Talion exb and s few others. Definitely one of my favorite go to bodies. Awesome video

This channel got me back into the RC hobby after 20 years away from the hobby. I recently picked up a few buggy's from this channel for my 7 yr old son and myself. We have been having a blast everyday. In January we're getting some drift RC cars! Can't wait. I feel I'm reliving my childhood and my son is living it for the first time seeing the excitement on his face when he throttles it is worth every penny.

Wow that rail hit was EPIC 🔥 😂 Can't believe it survived that. 😆 The nose to case hit done it in though 🤣 Not to bad if damage considering the brutal double impacts. 👍 Kev : It's getting it know 😂 Love it 🔥

Absolutely love your channels kev. At first it was hard to watch, what with all the destruction, but I soon got the method to your madness which made viewing easier. I've had my xtm rail nitro since 2012. There was a time when I ruined it. It went flying through a Halfords ďoor window at full throttle one night when it got out of range. i rebuilt it shortly after that incident. Sounds stupid but I'm scared to take it out in case it gets away from me again. I replaced the transmitter and receiver. All new futaba servos. New chasis etc etc etc. Brand new fastrax ENDURO 21 engine. The garden will have to do until I get one of those hump packs you showed. Huge love and respect.

I almost bought one of these when they first came out, until I saw your video with Mike building the Kyosho MP10. I got the electric version, I remember how much attention nitro buggies require & I don't have the kind of extra time I had when I built my Stinger 30+ years ago. I always wanted a 1/8 scale buggy and I've always been impressed with the engineering & build quality of Kyosho.

Massive thumbs up to 8s steve rocking a converter hyper!!

I have to say that's a helluva paint job, Kevin you sir have some crazy good skills with creativity and upgrades. When you first started I wasn't sure and I'll be damn if you didn't pull it all together and made a great ride out of an already pretty badass tc. Major props to you and I'll not doubt you again lol

Kev, I think if you bind that Arrma to a DX5C you can program the ESC from the radio. I’ve done it with my DX5 Pro with the Firma 160 ESC on my Kraton 6S! But I think you need one of their “smart” receivers put in to do it

The Proline Jeep Pickup truck body is good for Arrma and traxxas. . But in general keep in mind Arrma bodies like the kraton is not a full body . Having no tail gate ending at the bed of the truck

HEY!! Hi Kevin I was just watching through your vids and I saw the snowboard rc car and how it was breaking a lot. So I had the idea of you make a second version of it but you use a long board deck and two XMAXX trucks and make the ultimate long jump/all around beast!!!

As an American the 2nd Admendment is a big part of my families way of life. I am a 2A supporter all day everyday but the stock body with them cheesy dudes just looks like a kids toy. I have never even considered the fireteam RC because of its looks. the custom fitted truck body is a 100x improvement.

Very cool Kev! Although, as an American, and someone who loves guns, I did prefer the other body BUT! The new body looks just as good. Love your channel and I can’t wait to hear the monster truck’s engine roar.

highly recommend the motor mount bolts from scorched- the stock are soft and tend to round out or snap

I think it'll be awesome because you can make it quite thick and still be as light or lighter than aluminum. A 10mm plate of well made carbon fiber will be incredibly tough. I was thinking an injection molded carbon composite would be excellent, but the tooling would make it expensive for low production numbers.
