These ‘ultimate’ custom parts are cool, but for someone to buy the standard car then upgrade, it’s a hugely expensive build. Will you be offering a Ultimate version out-of-the-box for the UDR? I’d be interested in that with an updated FOX body...

Hardly any of these actually improve durability or performance. Almost all of them are purely cosmetic.

You should make more build your own kits. I would buy your entire stock just like Jon Troy did with flex tape.

@@fargonianproductions2767 yeah same, but I did have to replace it once cause the previous owner (i got mine used but in amazing condition) put the wrong servo in so it wasn't as secured (it had only 2 screws holding it in vs 4) and it just wasn't the greatest so I replaced it with a traxxas and its been roughly 4 and a half years and its like new, minus the mud and dirt lol

I love my udr but bodies at 125+ every few months isn't very good.....

I'm looking to make all of these upgrades on my UDR I just bought. Is there a kit with all upgraded aluminum parts? Or do I have to buy each one separate. How much does this upgrade ( as shown in video) cost? The car cost 7 or $800 and this upgrade probably cost $2,000..? Anyone know?

So most of these are all plastic parts that are simply chrome plated? Traxxas should be a lot clearer on this. I was wondering why their Rear Axle Housing only cost $40 when 3rd party aluminum parts are selling for $150-$200.

tires do help but its the locked rear diff that makes it roll all the time. convert it to unlocked and you are good to go!

You forget that this truck now comes with a light kit ($160), two functional spare tires ($50), and a functional spare driveshaft ($25). If we subtract those costs from the price of the vehicle, it comes to $525. Not very expensive for a 6s truck. Do some fucking research.

Those updates are necessary because the stock version of the truck is truly appalling.

Your better off getting GPM, integy, vivaton parts for that kind of money that those upgrades cost

Don't buy it. It's junk. Spent more time replacing parts then actually using it. Steering servo within 20 mins, ran it on 4s rear diff exploded and haven't touched this P.O.S. SINCE
