Sir my rear suspension is making sounds like its releasing air ,when pressed and the suspension has gotten little smooth also . It is not as hard as it use to be . What can be the problem sir and what would be the solution. I have rs200 bs4 btw theres no oil leakage from the suspension . And the bike has recently completed 6000km .so its quite new . I hope you can help me out .

Go to the service centre & claim your warranty , you've to get your suspension changed , sometimes even a brand new suspension goes bad

Go for duke 390 sprocket kit , but you'll need to change the sprocket hub/coupler too for the sprocket to fit

It is a little longer compared to the ns or rs swingarm , try measuring them once with a measuring tape

bro i have a lot of questions about your ktm swing arm conversion... also planning on putting a ktm swing arm on my rs200.. 1. did you have problems with the stock exhaust and catalytic? i mean did it fits even your on ktm swing arm? 2. in the swing arm-chasis did you use the same stock axle bolt of pulsar rs 200? 3. regarding the axle bolt of the rear wheel..what axl bolt did you use? was it the stock rs 200 axle? or did you use a ktm rear axle bolt? 4. regarding the bracket of the brake caliper and brake caliper itselt...was it the stock rs 200 bracket and caliper that you use? did the stock caliper fits right on the ktm swing arm? please need your help and answer bro.. thanks in advance

1. Yes the exhaust was little difficult to install back , but it did fit 2.yes stock swingarm axle 3. KTM rear wheel axle 4. caliper same , bracket KTMs

should i remove the ktm bushings on the ktm swing arm the grind the swing arm take of 2mm on both sides? and the replaced and put fresh bushings from rs 200 and press them on the ktm? do they have the same diameter?

Caliper is the original one from the RS 200 , only the brake bracket or adapter I got a used one
