This video has a lot of good tips and hacks and products that I didn't even know existed. I was extremely interested in your hardware organization as we, too, have a ton of hardware to go through and sort and figure out how to store. I totally believed you when you said it took about a year and a half to go through all of it...maybe that's why I've been procrastinating on tackling this project. If you ever make changes to your shop, I would be interested in seeing what you do. You should keep the videos coming and show the different projects you work on. @z1zonly

Thanks! I only use non-chlorinated, for sure.
@deanl2427

For welding I recommend to never use any brake cleaner. It is too easy to grab the wrong can or if someone see's you using but they do not know any better. Chlorinated brake cleaner, when heated, will produce phosgene gas which WILL kill you! Always use acetone for cleaning prior to welding or heating.

This is the absolute and ultimate tool collection, I have ever seen! Congrats! I also can see that you spent a fortune on Milwaukee battery tools! These are high end tools and anything else but cheap. This leads me know to my question; I want to ask you if you are not afraid that one day these batteries can no longer be charged; I mean they still can be charged but the batteries will run down very quickly. And replacement batteries are very expensive if still available, at all. This is the experience I made. As a consequence, I am about replacing all these tools against pneumatic tools. Yes, you have a hose, and not fully independent, but most of pneumatic tools are smaller than the battery operated ones what is a big advantage when working on cars or in narrow spots. I wonder what you think; let me know.
@z1zonly
6 ай бұрын
Thank you! I've got about 16 batteries, down from 18. Two went bad and were out of warranty. The rest continue to work fine after 3 years. It's a bummer but far outweighed by the benefit of being cordless. Pneumatic is a pain in the butt and I'd never want to go back. And a battery leaf blower will change your life! Side note: I'm not impressed by the Forge so far, except the short charging time. I'd still recommend the 3, 8, and 12 aH High Output, until they release non-6.0 Forges.

@patrickberger41 besides the big stuff I have more than him. All tool truck stuff and it's not 250k. Miller welders. 252, 185. His welders are old. You can pick them up pretty cheap at industrial auctions. His lathe and large equipment comes with a price. Hand tools nothing special. I didn't see all that much Milwaukee in all reality. Amura 14x40 metal lathe larger than what he has can be purchased for 2 to 5k. Things might be more expensive across the pond but a lot of stuff is a dime a dozen over here

KABOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!
good set up
I guess I don't feel so bad now about having duplicate tools. BTW, love Tekton!
Gorgeous
Thanks for the video
This is the most ridiculous and awesome tool video on KZread .
I might have you beat on the rock auto magnets. Man door 8’x3’ is solid without replicating. Overflow magnets cover the sides of a challenger 2 post lift.
For anyone that can afford all those tools and boxes, more power to ya.
I got a cheap curtain rod holder or towel rod holder and I just screwed it to mine and that’s what I put all my clamp on. It works good and it was only like four bucks.
Last time this guy post was 10 years ago and he sound pretty much the same, I mean the amount of tools he had is insane I guess mechanic bought fabricator burns.
Advice from a guy who repairs welding machines everyday for a living.....KEEP THOSE WELDERS! The inverter machines are nothing but troubles in a box. Those old transformer based machines last forever. Yes they are heavy.....the reliability far outweighs the downside
Ok ok i got to the end of the video and your Rock Auto magnet collection. You say you're the king, ready to be humbled. I have over 150 lol. I have a full house refrigerator covered in them lol.

Yeah you do! Ernst Manufacturing. Same as Tekton but cheaper on Amazon. Available in 8, 13, and 18-inch lengths, and with trays that they clip into.
Good ole Rock Hill
Nice
paint the wood blocks in the drawers black ? they would blend in more and look natural
You have shares in Milwaukee? I’m very impressed.
Is it cheaper by CU to get 56" boxes instead of 72" ones? I noticed HF has the Gen 3 56 for 899 but they want 1799 for the 72"...you could just get 2 56" almost for 1 72" i dont get it
Sweeeeet!!! Can I come live with you? 🤣
Put cabinet hooks on your tacklebox it would be easier to pull out
How long did it take you to collect all of this stuff? Crazy how much thought u put into every item in the shop. Great idea keeping EVERYTHING on wheels

Stay tuned, I think I will!
I’ve never seen anyone with as much as you. Wow. How much did you spend? Everything is soooo clean too. I’m halfway through the vid so I hope you answer that. Thx for sharing. Watching from Ontario Canada 🎉
What you all came for: 48:06
Where are you located? I would purchase those file cabinets from you, and maybe some other stuff.
You need post more stuff buddy !!!!
I did have to close my eyes 👀 when I hit buy on the zip tie holder for Fifty dollars
Nice set up, but you have brake spoons in your pry bar drawer.
Man i just randomly found you. Akl i van think is you need yo link up with Taylor Ray. Yiu guys would make sinr crazy cool content and fabrication.
What's under them sheets? A spaceship? *spits tobacco on ground* That's a pretty baller setup man. That welder connection just... well as theo von once said "makes me want to kick a fat kid at k-mart"
Keep the toolbox. You will regret it if you sell it. That is a killer wall.
What have you built?
Me: What tools do you have? Him: yes
Not enough Snap On, but good tools none the less,
everything is new and dustless

Too bad your not near Ohio, Id be interested in those file cabinets
Dude.. that's easily 250.000$ in Tools 😮 I want that shop😂

Not even close. Most tools are entry level and mid grade at best. Go look at the price of tekton it's nothing crazy. Even the harbor freight toolboxes add up to a few grand

@@T6TarekThe welders alone are about 3500€ each, lathe is probably 10 grand, mill also 10 grand.. the whole Milwaukee stuff is easy 5-8 k... It adds up
