Peanut sauce is Kuah Kacang. Kuah(Sauce) Kacang (Peanut). Nasi Impit is Compress Rice. We usually eat the Nasi Impit with satay together for more filling and of course its balance the diet:- 1. carb (rice) 2. protein (satay) 3. fats (satay & cocont milk in the peanut sauce) 4. fiber (cucumber & onion.) One main point the purpose of we served cucumber & onion with satay is because they are anticarsinogen agent which help to reduce the cancer risk when we eat grilled/barbecued or other kind of foods (particularly the burn part of foods) that use high temperature cooking method.
