I love bazaar like these too, too many nice foods and varieties, I always visit them pasar malams. My fav is tongkeng ayam goreng(fried chicken bum) so juicy and tasty.

Peanut sauce is Kuah Kacang. Kuah(Sauce) Kacang (Peanut). Nasi Impit is Compress Rice. We usually eat the Nasi Impit with satay together for more filling and of course its balance the diet:- 1. carb (rice) 2. protein (satay) 3. fats (satay & cocont milk in the peanut sauce) 4. fiber (cucumber & onion.) One main point the purpose of we served cucumber & onion with satay is because they are anticarsinogen agent which help to reduce the cancer risk when we eat grilled/barbecued or other kind of foods (particularly the burn part of foods) that use high temperature cooking method.

Kajang town is the hometown of satay in Malaysia, Kajang stands for satay, whenever is mentioned, first thing come to most people's minds will be "Satay Kajang", with so much love in it. I can't help but thinking of it😂

There are so many food to try....you may missed out one or two....anyway satay should be among top 10 Malaysian food to eat before you die....:)

The easiest way to know is by looking at the size of the pan ...the big pan for fluffy apam balik...smaller one for crunchy apam balik

Sate is one of my favourite food.. I can eated easily 20stick in one time, plus 2 pieces nasi impit.. I loved chicken sate.. You also must try nasi ambeng, traditional java food and youll love it..

That's is not the crispy one bro...you still having the fluffy one....the crispy one is half the size of fluffy one.....you can tell the difference by looking at the pan size they use.... crunchy one use smaller size normally
