Something really weird in the pvp is the rules that base stats are only 10% of it's value but the way more useful stats are fully active

Qiqi is perfect for crit damage since every time someone pulls her, it causes mental and emotional damage.

You also have to keep in mind that sub-stats are actually more important than completing the bonus set, since multiple -10% DMG reduction is better than +10% HP or +10% DEF (if you aren't able to complete the set). Only exception is +30% Skill Haste, that is priority over everything else if the character is CC focus. You should pass up on Skill Haste/ASPD if the sub-stat is trash and your character is DPS/Tank base. Right now I have off-piece set for my tank that provides 60% DMG reduction in combination against ground and melee characters, but no set bonus. Giving up 12.3% Melee Res and 15.4% Ground DMG RES to get +10% HP from a piece that doesn't have similar sub-stats is a downgrade. General rule is... If character is Healer, Buffer, Utility, CC skill kit, you prioritize on Skill Haste (and even ASPD, if the character requires # basic attack to trigger benefit). If character is Tank, you prioritize on sub-stats that give DMG % reduction. As for set bonus, you do want %HP over anything else, since healing and shielding in this game is MaxHP base. So in terms of stat priority: DMG % Reduction (from sub-stats), %HP+ (set bonus HP+HP 2set x2), EVA (if tank is EVA focus), DEF (if you can't get anything better). DEF is your last benefit you want to go for. As for their accessories, if the Tank is HP/DEF focus, you use 2x Crown on them. If they are EVA tanks, you use 1x Crown/Movement or 2x Movement. 1000 EVA is sufficient for PVE, as for PvP, you may want over 1500. If character is Damage Dealer, you prioritize on sub-stats that give DMG % vs target, best one is Ground, then Air. As these increase damage toward all ground or air targets. Accessories on DPS characters should always be 2x Crowns. You want a minimum of at least 500 Hit for PvE and over 800 in PVP. Focusing on creating 2-piece sets with terrible Sub-stats may end up hurting your build more than just using incomplete set bonus pieces that give way better sub-stats.

@@ellegt1392 Yes, A. Yuna can benefit ASPD, since the faster she and her pet bird attacks, the faster she triggers the 5th attack bonus. However, she get bigger benefit with Skill Haste, since lowering the cool down time to use her Skill and Ultimate is a bigger benefit than trying to get the 5th attack in sooner. Skill Haste = quicker burst damage, ASPD = sustain damage. ASPD would fall off, if there is only one target to attack and only thing great is for the debuff. I mean, if you don't have a good Skill Haste set and the ASPD is what you got to work with, then do use it temporarily. Skill Haste is ideally better on her.

I actually had been using doma on a t5 SC crit dmg set with ground dmg substat cuz im just lazy to swap other gears on him, but his dps output on raids surprisingly just falls slightly below the other 4 cost dps rangers like rosaria and sobin

Secondly, I know this is a lot of work, but as a player that likes to optimize their unit as best as possible, I would recommend you put secondary and tertiary stats. I say this because for example on Awakened Yoo Mina, I will go for Attack because that’s what you recommend, but doesn’t hear come with two sub stats? What should the second sub stat be? Also, should I 100% focus on Attack for Awakened Yoo Mina, or is some sob stats in X or Y stat okay? Otherwise, thanks again and keep up the great work!

Generally ground dmg for dps, ground dmg res for tank and skill haste for skill users. If you can't roll them as secondary stats, then crit dmg/anti-class dmg (for example anti-defender on Admin Riflemen), crit dmg res/anti-ranger res/skill haste. There is no tertiary stats except for latent abilities. You can't choose what you roll for but flat stats, cc res and spd are trash.

At least for me, I would use Atk+Atk or ASPD set on A.Yoo Mina with substat either Anti-Ground Damage/Skill Haste for both of those gears. Because you would want her to dish out Max damage as you can. I wouldn't recommend Crit Damage substat for her due to her Crit is on the Low side. When Spectral gear set become available to you. Spectral Bullet would be highly recommended compared to Atk+Atk gear set. Spectral Blaze is a viable option as well.

Depend on the character base def stats, if they have high def for ex a.hilde is not bad but mix the gears with hp set will make the units a little bit tankier

If u go too your dormitory you can see the characters you placed in a Chibi form, those are chibis.
