Both of y'all slayed it and that was some of of the most hardcore Incredibly fun shallow water fishing I've seen in a long time!

You ever try the trailer hook they make for hollow frogs? I use them and work very well. Sometimes tough in really thick stuff. But worth it. Can’t wait to see more vids after this weekend 🍻

Always impressed by your casting accuracy and the variety and number of casts you make. Frog sticking is apparently a hit or miss thing, but boy is it awesome to see those big ones waking and slurping that lure down! Makes me want to fish upper Santee. Congrats to you and G for some great fishing and places in the top tier.

Another great video, I was also out there at the camp fishing for the first time in over a year. I found the frog bite too late in my trip but they were violently hammering a black one.

That was fun stuff to watch, also I enjoyed watching some clips of G’s day. Thanks for sharing.

I got mad because they didn't even tag you in it and I got distracted by someone saying look at all her monitors. I was like she doesn't even like using forward facing radar. It's just there for it looks.😂

Honestly there isn’t a ramp on that lake I haven’t caught em really good out of, my favs are tuckers, buzzard bay, shady acres shady rest Johnston shady glade the river ramps

What a great day of fishing. I'm so jealous...lol The person that made a comment about you setting the hook too hard does not know how to grouper fish either. With grouper you feel the tug and just start reeling like crazy, with a circle hook. It seems like people always have a comment about something. You don't change a thing. Keep fishing girl!

Kristine, not sure if you notice it (maybe a subconscious bad habit), but youre missing alot when you work the bait to to one side, and then swing to the opposite side. I also see that you miss when youre swinging with your arms, but when you lean forward and then crack it with your body, it sticks. Hope it helps, love the vids

I am curious what power / length of frog rod you are using. Losing frog fish is part of the deal unfortunately. When you are frogging in relatively open water, do you open your hooks up at all? Anyway great video, always look forward to seeing your fishing vids. 😎

For the finesse frog a 73MHF- they are harder to cast if you go up in power. I really just think they weren’t eating it as good in the am :(

@@kristinefischer2289 Well it was a great video. Give G our congrats on the Tenkiller tournament. I went to college in Tahlequah and met my wife there where she was born and raised. We met 53 years ago and have been married 51. Probably something in that Tahlequah water.

You're making me feel bad. I just left Caddo yesterday. I fished 6 days out of two weeks and caught one keeper. I was fishing up the river, Buffalo Bayou, and from Johnson's Bait Shop. I was throwing frogs, spinners, and worms. You're last two videos are breaking my heart. Where were you fishing at?

Wow girl to many looses on that frog tweak those hooks out a bit that should eliminate a lot of that, keep up the great vids.

One reason I do not like mid week tournaments fish been pounded by people then locals who live here go try on weekend and fish been pounded and trash a lot people don’t even realize you can’t damage those cypress trees it’s a Louisiana state tree that is protected it’s good for the industry but most tournaments are done in state it’s just like poor lake fork it only gets pounded in spring for the big fish but the only good thing to your kayak tournaments is you out the fish rite back to spawn in small spot rite so the catch and release at the area caught is only way go

Just a hint, you are a little fast on the draw with that frog. Sometimes a large bass will just grab the legs at first strike, count to 3 before you set the hook. Just saying.

What water temp are you dealing with.

That looks like with a frog i miss so many

I know about boat ramming all too well. Was fishing redfish in the marsh last week and started to paddle backwards while standing in the kayak. Got to the position I needed to be to sight cast to a big red and the back of the boat bumped the marsh. When it did i lost my balance and sat down on the seat hard spooking the fish. Rats!

Wonder why that is only see people in spring where is your home lake isn’t that Georgia

I technically do not have a home lake. I’ve been on the road 7 years now, and am still on the road 11 months out of the year. G lives in Texas so I guess most of my time is here

That’s why I don’t frog fish , hate it, stay upset more than I enjoy fishing, so I don’t frog fish no more and haven’t for years and don’t regret it at all , yes they catch big fish but when you lose one right after the other, TO ME it’s just not worth it . Be safe and God Bless 🙏🏻🙏🏻
