    Brother turn that think on its side for the glaze. Then sit up for last glaze. It being on side seems like more flavor to the bone. Love the vids!! Need more vertical smoke cooks!! 😂

    Ok there Head Carnivore. It was interesting even if you cheated with the pre-made seasoning. Of a personal preference too much sugar and sweetness. Being diabetic I veer away from the sugar and ham being brined and precooked I try and avoid the salty seasonings. As I said, personal taste. You did good. I need to find half a brick. Put it on the middle of the main grate to support the middle jerky rack from sagging. Put the pellet maze underneath for surround smoke and maybe a drip pan under the ham. Got to think on this a bit more.

    The set up is very user friendly. It will be hard to mess up. I’ve never thought of explaining it because of how easy they have made it.
