A level teaspoon of poultry seasoning will really kick the flavor up, for this recipe amount, add it to the sauce or rub on the chix thighs, if you were looking for a re-vamp

@dragoneye33 that's not stalkerish at all. It's cute.
I just have to say. When I first started getting interested in cooking I came exclusively to this channel for recipes. Your original post of chicken Marsala was my first signature go to dish. It’s been so many years but I have to thank you for introducing me to the joy of cooking! So excited to try this refresh :)

Right!?
Should have mentioned this in the video (but is listed in the recipe) make sure you opt for Dry Marsala vs sweet (although sweet works as well just tends to be a bit sweeter) 😊

How long will the Marsala wine last being opened? Since this recipe only calls for a little of the bottle, don’t want to waste the whole bottle.

I literally was just typing out this question. When I can find Marsala wine, I'm asked if I want dry or sweet. I never knew if it matters and I tend to buy the sweet. Thanks! 🤗

@@shannoncrutchfield4410 It definitely matters. Use dry and save the sweet one for desserts!

Hello, I enjoy serving a beautiful imported Sicilian Marsala as an aperitif to whet the appetite. Laura’s recipes are always a favorite of mine. Just a tip, use only imported Italian Marsala. There’s is a big difference. Bon appetit
Where is the intro music though? :(
The old clip! My heart!
Baby Laura reminds me of my early 20s which is when I started watching you and fell so hard in love with your recipes and your cuteness. 💜Never had a recipe let me down 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
It is 11AM and I am fully ready to make Chicken Marsala for a late-morning breakfast! And, holy throwback with that classic _Laura in the Kitchen_ clip in the beginning! Amazing how far you, this channel and everything has come!

OMG when you said I’m Laura Vitaliy memories come back from 10+ years ago! The young lady I watched to make chicken parm and whatnot. You were my go to person for Italian recipe! You are still here!!!
I came looking for the OG recipe and happened to find this refresh - I was waiting on my friend the little pad of floured butter! So happy to see he’s still a part of this recipe ☺️

Laura just wanted to thank you for sharing your recipes with us , I've learned so many techniques from watching your videos, blessings to you and yours.
Your awesome Laura 💕 I follow you now for many years...and I've learned to cook and I've learned the language 😊 Thank you for letting me be a part of your kitchen and Life ♥️
Laura- I wanted to share with you. I recently discovered your videos, but I am 58 and have Never cooked from Scratch. I handle any Grilling, and my wife handles the kitchen. I Really wanted Chicken Marsala, but she wasn't up to cooking it. So after watching videos from other Chefs, I found yours, and I Followed it. It was served over White rice, and the Family LOVED IT! There were Only EMPTY plates. I used a nice Marsala, not the Marsala for cooking. The result tasted Amazing. Thank you So Much! Trying to decide what recipe of yours to Make next. Gratefully, Michael. ❤️
I've been watching your videos since you started.Ive tried so many over the years. They are all awesome.I wanted to also say I was never a baker, but I learned so much from you.
I just LOVE your new kitchen and the new editing, Laura ❤️🥰 Your videos just gets better with time (years ❤️) AND I love the live videos 🎉🤗 Keep up the great work, girl 💪🏻❤️🥰
Thank you Laura! You are a true alchemist and an artist at heart!
Sorry Laura, I wash my mushrooms and let them set in a strainer for an hour and I have no problem with my recipes. Love your recipes. Also, I love the intro music.

I love chicken Marsala and I love your recipe! I will definitely make it for myself!
Going to make this once i buy some Marsala. My parents always had marsala at home but never cooked with it. What i love more than your recipe is the quality of the video. Excellent!! Thank you for posting this.
Yum! Love chicken marsala! Will have to give this a try ❤️ thank you!
I love the intro with the music !! So cute omg
The kitchen, the new intro, the revamp dish, I’m loving it alllll!!!
Nice tips..ty. My first vid, The “hi guys” made think, no.. I can’t listen but now, it’s so endearing.. love u, great cook, great mom. Perfection 👏👏👏
Ciao Laura - made this dish tonight and it was a HUGE hit! Grazie!!!
Thank you Laura! Have a great weekend! 🤗
Looks delicious and love the preview of how it looks!!!
I love your style and technique cooking. It is different but similar to steaming with other herbs. Nice dish, I am hungry lol.
I really enjoy watching your cooking videos !
This is one of my favorite dishes, and it's easy to make -- high reward-to-effort ratio 😊. Dusting the chicken pieces in flour on all sides *meticulously* is extremely important for the meat to turn out tender and not stringy. I dust meat, and sometimes fish, in flour if I want the rendered juices to have a somewhat gravy-like consistency -- and always for braised or stewed meat.
Making a classic shine. That's a great way of describing this wonderful recipe. I'm trying this amazing recipe with couscous. The lighting in your new kitchen is excellent. The subtle light under your hood is perfect. Stay well my friend love to you and your family.
This looks amazing, thank you! Made your Thai Basil for Like the 6th time today and it’s the best Thai Basil I’ve ever had
that really looks amazing! i'm going to have to give that a go.
As always Laura, impeccably done. I am making this for my friends.
Laura I love your cooking I have made several of you dinners so good!
I liked the new intro but I loved the old one it was like I was being invited into your kitchen !! Love ALLLLLLL your videos ❤️❤️❤️🧿🙏🏼
Hello Laura so I made your classic chicken Marsala today. This was the most delicious scrumptious chicken Marsala ever 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. Thank you for sharing this beautiful and delicious 😋 recipe 🙌🙌🙌🙌
i cant wait to make this tonight with some pasta and salad. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe! youre the best!
Love the new editing technique. It's a subtle change, but it adds some flair to go along with the new set.
Laura,your the best. Thanks
I tried the recipe, IT WAS GREAT!!!!! Thank you.....
the sauce.....spot on. Thank you for the recipe
What a great idea to cut the mushrooms into quarters. Adds a nice bite rather than a limp slice. I'm going to have to make this dish with the thighs as well. Laura...you are a breath of fresh air when it comes to breaking away from the norm. Been following you for a couple of years now, Kudos to you!
I made this today and it was amazing 🙏🏼❤️🤗
Love it. I have always made mine with chicken breast and they’ve been tender and delicious but I think it’s worth a try for me to use boneless skinless chicken thighs. Thank you
Did it! Thanx again, you rock!
I made this today for dinner. I did use chicken breast because I found that after I put the beef stock in and reintroduce the chicken to the pan they absorb all the tasty juices and they become super tender while they simmer. I used to slice my mushroom but I cut them in quarters and used 3 types of mushroom, way better than sliced! I love mushrooms so I used 2 lbs. I added this dish with my homemade Italian dressing/ salad and it was wonderful! I appreciate your content! God Bless!
Love the intro Laura! Subtle music to bring you in! Love seeing your old clips...you're so cute..such an innocence about u! ❤🍁
Love love this recipe! You GO girl! 🍷
Loved the new intro! Love thay you are doing some changes ❤️❤️❤️
Love you lura I Learned so much love ❤️ ❤❤
Who loves to eat chicken marsala here.
Wettex dishcloth for the win! I ordered a pack after one of your cleaning videos, and I am hooked! I could probably use one to wipe off the mushrooms... Endless possibilities with these cloths!
It looked so tasty that I thought I could smell the marsala lol - can't wait to make this! :)
Beautiful. Can't wait to try. ❤❤😮
This looks delish!
I've been wanting to try new things from other cultures amd regions. I'd really like to make this. I love a mushroom 😋 and I've never had Chicken Marsala.
Hey! Where did the intro go?!? Lol
Oh I am SO excited to make this
Yum! I will definitely make this, tfs
This has to be my favorite dish and you couldn't have made it any easier!
Yummm thank you Laura!
Love this video. Best chicken Marsala
I like your new changes of chicken thighs & beef broth. I will try this new revamped recipe. I have a request. Beef Liver & onions please!
I've made Chicken Marsala numerous times, and I love chicken thighs, but for whatever reason, I always use breast meat. You are the first one to use thighs, so now I feel confident enough to do the same. I don't know why I never tried it before. I could eat Chicken Marsala 365 days a year, it's just soooooooo good.
this is one of mt favorite italian recipes
