Ultimate Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe!
So quick, so tasty, in fact this might be one of the fastest, quickest recipes yet! Tater Tot Casserole was a big hit with my family and I know it will be with yours! Thank you Hailey for sharing with all of us!
INGREDIENTS:
2 pound ground beef
2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, season with salt and black pepper. Stir cream of mushroom soup into the cooked ground beef; pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer tater tots evenly over the ground beef mixture; top with cheese. Bake until tater tots are golden brown and hot, 30 to 45 minutes.

Love tator tot casserole only thing my family also adds to ours is a frozen bag of mixed vegetables.

Oh my goodness!! Your hamburger tip is seriously going to change my life!! I never thought to do that. My goal for this school year is to stick to our menu, I have the hardest time sticking to a menu because at the end of the day the last thing I want to do is cook. We've put the honey lime enchiladas on the menu, I'm going to add this recipe too!

I made this yesterday the day after we got home from our Eclipse trip to Ohio. It was sooooo yummy (I added a small can of mushrooms because I love them!). And it was so wonderful to have such a simple recipe when I was so tired!

Great idea!!
This gives me great ideas for when the cooler temps come to the Valley again. Due to food sensitivities, we would have to use alternatives and limit the cheese, but I think we could make a great version with smashed sweet potato and chicken, and added veggies like arugula, spinach and red onion.

First and foremost you and Alan are an adorable couple. You bring me joy with every video! Now, Miss Vicky, can you substitute another cream soup in that tater tot casserole? I do not eat mushrooms in any way shape or form. Used to shovel and sell horse manure to mushroom farm and now my physiological mind will not let me eat them. Lol it doesn't matter that I don't care for the taste. Enough rambling, that casserole looked delicious. God Bless

We make something similar but we include a veggie (usually peas under the tater tots) very tasty. Sometime we use one can cream of mushroom soup and one can cream of celery soup.
This is a go to recipe for us. I use cream of chicken because my family doesn't like mushrooms. I've also used cream of celery soup. Now that its just the hubby and me I either make it in two pans and frreeze one or I do the 9×13 pan and use the left overs for like after church.

Food aside, we can tell you care so so much about your family/children! A couple videos back when you were tearing up about your kids going to Bible camp (I think that was it) I was thinking about how I hope we’re doing a good enough job in teaching ours about the Lord. We have two girls, ages 8&4, and I still go in their room at night when they sleepover at grandmas and tear up 😂😂 The casserole looks delicious 😋 LOL at Foot Rub on the Farm! Hahahah

Tried this tonight. Great success!! Since it’s only my husband and I now, I halved the recipe and substituted hash browns for the tater tots. Definitely something I will fix often!

I love your personality and your videos yet you don't use enough vegetables and use too many carbs. We avoid white potatoes, pasta and processed foods like cream soups that have too many chemicals.
