Two things I wasn't expecting to learn when I clicked on this extremely enjoyable video: 1. I know the drum part from Taxman better than either of you (but would have lost on everything else) 2. Why no-one makes banana marmalade Looking forward to the rematch: Radiohead + eating an entire lemon

The 67 era Beatles songs are surprisingly recognisable backwards, as the music from that era is so distinctive.

That’s precisely when the strange (for rock) instruments were being introduced. I don’t think either of them would’ve had a problem identifying She’s Leaving Home backwards. In 1966 there was a lot of strange sounds on Revolver too

"Excuse me for thinking a banana eating contest would be about eating a banana!" - Paris Geller
Jay Foreman has an eerie talent of singing a song off one note. Hearing a song backwards should be no challenge for him at all. His brain scares me a little.
I only missed 3 of them. I'd love to see more guest spots like this. I bet Elliot Roberts, Andrew from Parlogram Auctions, Rick Beato, and Jack White could score well on an Ultimate Beatles Quiz.
and I used to think that Tom Ska vs Tom Scott was the most insane crossover ever...
She Said She Said is one of my favorites too. And that is saying a lot regarding a band that has virtually countless songs worthy of being favorites.
Paul played the drums on Back in the USSR actually.

I can't believe I beat you both! Thought the drums were going to be the hardest but managed to get the majority of them! Excellent video as always - love a crossover between two of my faves
I mean, Taxman has a *really* distinctive drumbeat.
The optical presentation of this video is epic! 🤩👍
Absolutely wonderful video. So great to see you both! And I’m wincing because I’m watching you guys eat the banana, and I did that once when I had no lunch money at work at a grocery store. And I think somebody gave me five dollars if I ate a banana skin. So I remember that to this day.
Any day with a beatles drum quiz is a great day! Very fun video! ✌️
For the isolated drums at 7:45 [Spoiler space] .. ... .. I thought those cymbal splashes at the end were from The Word (on the line: "It's so fine, it's sunshine."). It never occurred to me until now how similar that bit is to the bit where the title gets sung in You Won't See Me!
Great stuff - Jay has magical powers.
An unexpected but wonderful surprise of a collaboration :)
This is so British, Jay is literally profusely apologising for getting the right answers and ashamed of winning
As british as can be 😂
Fantastic video. I love Jay and David and seeing them both together was a treat. Its worth acknowledging in this video that Jay has perfect pitch, which makes most of the questions significantly easier for him, so it’s really no surprise that he won against David who doesn’t have PP, it simply isn’t a fair fight. It does seem David was aware of this as he alludes to Jay having PP at 14:05. Still, I’d love to see more collabs with both creators in future!
Thank you for the bunch of laughs 🎼👍😀🎵
Glad I watched to the end - I have now learned definitively what the internet is for. You have saved me a lifetime of wondering, banana skins and all.
So proud I got the first three drum questions of Jay's round
Jay is one of my favourite KZreadrs and one of my favourite things he does is randomly show up in some of my other favourite KZreadrs videos in a collab from out of the blue
As a HUGE Beatles fan who ALSO was laughing at the misses in your previous videos, Jay bested us all!

So glad this happened, thank you.
Considering I got two points in the one second clip round and they were extremely obvious points, an excellent job by both of you!
Just underscores how inventive each of Ringo's drum parts were. If I hadn't listened to the isolated drum parts of 'You Won't See Me" 10 bazillion times I'd never have guessed.

lovely collab. beatles, jay foreman, david bennett, even mr beat !!! incredible.
The drum part section is so difficult for me. I was only able to get "Come Together" out of the whole list.
Great fun! I got 9 out of the 10 in Round one, and there of the play backward round, so i got 12 points too
Very nice to see worlds collide. :D Great quiz! The first round was pretty easy. With the drums I was pretty lost the only ones I would have guessed were "We can work it out" and "Back in the USSR". For some odd reason the backwards round would have been quite easy for me. :D
For a moment I expected David to have his guest appear at the snapping of his fingers.
