I've been living in Bhopal for 2 years now, and coming from Bhubaneswar, I can understand why you might not have enjoyed all the food here. Bhopali food can have a subtler taste compared to Odia cuisine. While I haven't been eating much non-veg food here bc I feel it lacks flavour , I find the vegetarian options in Bhopal to be quite good.

When I was an employee of Union Carbide and student of Safiya college Bhopal ,I used to have my food from Afghan hotel.With family used to go to the Manohar dairy and used to take famous Chole batture Also how I can forget Bhopal Samoosa , Bajiya. Thanks for the video
