Today Funk and Angela take you through the ultimate 30 Exercise HIIT workout using bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells. The ultimate 30 minute workout uses the 6 functional movements that you should include in our training.

Carry/Core
This is a great HIIT workout that you can do at home to help burn fat and build muscle.

Ultimate 30 MIN HIIT Workout - No Repeat- 30 Exercises
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest one after the other for one round. Total Time = 30
1. KB/DB Goblet Squat
2. BW Push Ups
3. KB/DB Deadlifts
4. Quadruped KB/DB Rows
5. Goblet BW Forward Lunges
6. Hollow Holds
7. Bodyweight Y Squat
8. Single Alternating Floor KB/DB Chest Press
9. Alternating BW Single Leg RDL
10. KB/DB High Pulls explosive
11. BW Curtsey Lunge
12. Abs Bicycles
13. KB/DB Between Leg Sumo Squats
14. KB/DB Crush Press
15. Alternating KB/DB Snatches
16. KB/DB Pullovers
17. BW Reverse Lunge to Lateral Lunge
18. Rotating Side Plank
19. KB Racked Squat or DB Squat
20. DB Flat Chest Press or KB Shoulder Press
21. DB/KB Cleans
22. DB/KB Bent Over Piston Rows

Yo. Im loving your total body workouts. The thing i like about ur channel is that all workout is basically a total body workout hiit. Ive incorporated some of your workouts in my weekly plan. A request, please do more MMA total body dumbell type workouts. Tried your plan, it was hell haha. But i just love it when the workout kicked my ass. Looking fw to more MMA stuff man. Ok I'm 30 years and I find youtubers in their 40s (I hope I didn't offend) put their heart and soul to their videos in any Niche! I see your wife trying to not laugh at some of Mr Funk's workout punchlines, I find that cute! I come from a place where we can't call you by name so I have to say Mr lol. You are both very passionate and I must say Mrs Roberts looks amazing!

I was blessed to find Mr an Mrs Funk during lockdown. Theyre one of my 2 go tos when I need to workout and dont have a circuit planned. Love the variety on this one, much needed since I’ve been so busy with work, remote learning and house work this week. You guys ROCK!!!!

Have been doing light workouts for the last 7 months. I googled over 40 workouts because I knew I needed to get serious. I found Funk Roberts. After 1 workout I was more sore the next day than I have ever been, and MORE ADDICTED. Fun workouts and real people to workout with.

Again, what an awesome workout! I'm piecing together a workout routine to get stronger. I can't tell you how much Funk and Angela keep me going. Who knows, I might have some real muscles in a month😂

I love Angela also. Now, I mostly save the videos that she is in 😆 since I’m a 52 yr old chica... I push myself more when I see her crushing it... I def love Funk too ...but mainly watch the vids with both of them.. and oooh I loved that one video he did with what he eats in a day .. he had 3 meals... he made oatmeal.. put nuts in it.... kept it simple... not all of those irritating 6 meals a day.. shoot I’m too busy for that... but I can do 3 meals. Funk maybe you can do a video on how to do intermittent fasting. Thanks

That was a good session! I added extra kettlebell resistance to a few of the routines to make it harder. Kept on moving though!! Look forward to other sessions. Thank you Funk

Awesome video as always Funk. Those hollow body rocks are so tough! I really struggle with that particular exercise. Cool that you are working out with your wife too. Me and my sister work together on my stuff. I need to practice the hollow holds again first and get stronger at those again. Thanks for posting a top video. Carlos & Bex x
