Is the remote not functional for video?

Help! Long story short thanks to my cat the camera remote battery was lost, anyone here know what kind to order?

My unit just arrived yesterday with very fast shipping!!!! Looks great but after pairing the remote with my Galaxy s22 Ultra, the push of the remote button causes the camera to zoom in and out by one increment. I cannot find how to make the remote release the shutter as advertised and desired. Help?

I reset my camera on the phone and started over and then I was able to pair the unit to my phone. Seems to work and work well. Thank you for your concern!

In camera settings change volume up and down to take picture or start video 👌
